This is such an amazing little jewel. We found this gem while traveling through Minnesota in need of some wifi and caffeination. We all were so impressed with the quaint décor, friendly service, clean facilities, and quality food and drink. I highly recommend Cannon Belles Coffee and Ice Cream to friend and foe alike.

This place is truly a hidden gem! The atmosphere is inviting and fun with plenty of room for any size group to meet up and enjoy coffee with delicious food offerings, award winning cheese, and their newest addition: ice cream flights!!! So grab you hang and get a sugar cookie latte (my personal fav!), Fernando's turkey wrap, and linger till you have room to down an ice cream flight. The owner's are nice, the coffee and espresso drinks are always on par, and the baristas are friendly. I love taking home their cheese that they make for sandwiches, dips, and charcuterie boards!

I do like this place but it is super annoying that half the employees don't know a small ice cream coffee from a large. I always pay for a large but more often than not I leave with a small, I'm not talking about an isolated incident, it's happened more times than I can count. Then I am prompted to tip the server that screwed my order. I don't like that either. If I want to tip for good service I will do so but the expectation is off putting. I don't know how a business can be run without having a product standard that every employee is familiar with. I'm not going to make a big deal about it in the store to whatever untrained high school girl is working the counter over what clearly is a failure by management to properly train them, but knowing that I'm probably not going to get what I pay for keeps me from coming in more often. And bring back Jersey cow.

It was a bit busy when we stopped in here. Never having been here before, we checked out the coffee menu. There is a huge variety when it comes to coffee and teas, which was really nice.The coffee and tea itself wasn't very good. We ordered an iced latte with flavor and a Chai latte. The iced coffee just wasn't for me, and I'm not exactly sure why. The Chai latte tasted very off like there was a sourness to it.The employees seemed a little less friendly than typical coffee shops, but they still answered any questions I had.The inside of the building was decorated nicely and felt very warm and cozy. It also seemed very clean.In the future, if we ever come through here again, I'd like to try their various ice cream flavors or cheese, but I think I'd prefer to stay away from their coffees and teas.Kid-friendliness: The ice cream part of this business would be fantastic for children.Parking: We had to park down the road in another building's parking lot. There was not a single spot available near the shop.Wheelchair accessibility: This building is wheelchair accessible.

CannonBelles has a great ambiance to relax with your favorite beverage, hand-dipped ice cream or the best grilled cheese sandwich ever! (My favorite is made with their Queso Fresco on wild rice cranberry bread). This isn't simply a coffee and ice cream shop. The owners also developed a line of amazing cheese and opened a cheese plant in Cannon Falls. Their cheese is available on their wraps and grilled sandwiches and can be purchased in the shop and regionally at a variety of locations. Check them out!
