The woman was super sweet and friendly. An amazing assortment of delicious treats and the 2 I tried were amazing!
Awesome selection of tasty baked goods. I had a giant frosted cookie shaped like a flower and it was delicious!

Absolutely horrible customer service at the Cannon Falls location. It was my first time in—and it will be my last.
I had three breads in my hand, picking out items for a platter. While I was still deciding, the woman behind the counter asked, “How many things are you getting?” I said I wasn’t sure yet. She pushed again, saying she needed to know for the bag size. I calmly responded that I wasn’t ready yet.
Then, instead of giving me space, she looked past me and asked the woman behind me, “Well then can I help her?” I said, “Yes, go ahead,” and reminded her—again—that I wasn’t ready. She got snippy and then sarcastically said, “Sorry for being short.”
The whole experience felt rushed, rude, and uncomfortable. Definitely not how you treat new customers. If this is how they operate, I have no interest in returning. Steer clear of the Cannon Falls location.

Something for everyone! Super helpful workers also!
Awesome everything...
Over priced and nothing to write home about. The employee seemed annoyed with questions and was not helpful with recommendations and made us feel rushed even when it was just my family there.
Cinnamon rolls yummy!
I was so excited to hear there were gluten free items at Sweet Kneads but the $10 price tag for a small item is insane! I’m well aware of the additional costs and work that goes into making GF items but that price is unjustifiable. $6-$8 max. Instead we went down the street and got 3 large ice cream cones for only a couple bucks more than the 1 GF item at the bakery (and no up charge for the GF cone).
Do NOT order anything personalized here, if it’s wrong they cannot and will not fix it. I will never be coming back. $55 spent on a baptism cake and I might as well have just flushed the money and made it myself.

I was in shopping when I heard a woman employee scolding an older gentleman, on oxygen, over not handing her the money. She told him he was rude because he had set in on the counter as he counted it. Unbelievable. I kick myself for not saying something. I will never go back.

They think they own the street and leave notes on your car if you park in front of there business.
Great bakery treats at this fabulous bakery! Very nice staff and plenty of room to sit and eat a donut or two! Will definitely stop next time I am in the area. My favorite was a Blueberry turnover!
