What a great little place in a small town to have breakfast! We took off for a stay in Lanesboro, to check out the leaves and just happened to stop here for breakfast on our way out of the cities. What a great idea! Everything about this place was excellent. The food, the service, the prices, everything. I would highly recommend stopping here if you're close.

We stopped here on our trip for breakfast. We had to wait 15 minutes for a table, but it was definitely worth it. I got the country fried steak and my wife got the fried green tomato Benedict. I would definitely recommend next to anybody who’s looking for a good home-cooked mealmuch better than any chain restaurant you encounter.

The food was better than expected from a small town diner. Fresh, well prepared and so delicious. The workers were all cheery and attentive. Good prices too! The only negative is it's fairly loud in the restaurant.

I really enjoyed this place. We came at peak time with a big group and with time accommodated us. Service issues were addressed graciously. I had a Benedict, the hollandaise was rich and buttery and the fried green tomatoes were so good. Only critique would be that some vegetarian protein options might elevate the menu and the spicy hash browns were really more just spiced than spicy. Definitely would go again.

Blackened chicken salad was excellent. Basic burger was average. Jumbo tots were a bit odd. Shredded potatoes on inside were seasoned with something like sour cream and onion. Varied and interesting menu!
