We hadn't been there in a while, but as usual, the food was very good and so reasonably priced. Great margaritas.
We always bring our friends here when they visit. The next visit, they request to go back.
Lots of parking, too.

Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten-free, and I always get the beef nachos, so good. My husband usually gets the burrito.

Fajita for two was an enormous size serving. The place was a bit hard to get to but Google did ok.

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review for a restaurant, especially a Mexican more "authentic" restaurant but we have eaten here before, over a year ago and it was much different. I got the same drink as last time, in which I thought was wonderful. This time, drinks were not good at all. Enough where I didn't drink mine as it had dirty looking margarita mixture in it and it had so much tequila in it, I couldn't taste anything else and it burned when I had a sip (mind you, I drink my fair share of margaritas and I love tequila) literally looked like dirty water with jalapeno seeds floating in it, almost like cigarette butts had been floating in it. My husband's paloma was not great, but at least drinkable. We got queso with our chips. The queso is definitely out of a jar/can and the chips had no significant flavor and were at least a couple days old. We got our entrees....husband got a burrito. Rice was yellow-which told us it is boxed yellow rice of some sort, not authentic in any way, and there was "strings" of some sort in the rice...still we are unsure what they were. His black beans were burnt, tasted more like ash. His burrito itself wasn't horrible, but the carnitas in the inside were dry and it was covered in the can/jarred "queso". My Quesabirria wasn't bad, but wasn't great either but I wouldn't order again.
Service wasn't horrible, but we never were asked about a refill on our stale chips. Servers put their non-washed fingers on the tip of our straws, where we are supposed to drink from. Servers were chewing gum, eating garnishes at the bar, and busy chit-chatting about life, with their hands resting constantly in their pockets or on their phones. Not once did we have any indication of washed hands. Server was friendly, but that is about it. We both agreed that it was at least sustenance in our bodies, and as long as they are not as careless with the food in the back, and as long as we don't get food-poisoning, then get the check and jet. It feels like they lost their passion for good food, are cutting lots of costs and staff have become careless. Needlesstosay, we will never be back.

Food is good like always… service tho… the lady on the phone was sweet at first until I asked if I could change something up on my order… she got rude and made it sound like the dish was prepared that way already… (which it isn’t.. I order the same thing all the time…) didn’t need to get rude and smart mouthy about it ?‍♀️

We have ate here many times and the food was great. Ate here yesterday and was really uneasy about how dirty it was. Windows and sills filthy. Bench seat was ripped and taped and flies buzzing our food. I can only hope the kitchen was cleaner! A small plate would have been nice when eating chips and salsa too.

Usually love this place but tonight was not a great experience. It's really gone downhill. The benches were all ripped up and covered with duct tape, flies all over, and a spit ball stuck to the wall. The food was mediocre at best and usually their food is amazing. Very disappointing. Brought out food for the 3 of us with one napkin. Also the wait staff made us feel like we were a complete inconvenience to them. Also heard one of them make a comment about how long we were there even though we continued to buy food and desserts and the place was empty....little did they know, I know Spanish. Real nice guys.

bathroom smells at noon? needs service. refried beans taste like a cigarette, same with tamal.

Stopped for a beer and relax on the patio, yes, the traffic on Hwy 52 was annoying but it was too nice to be indoors. Excellent service, frosty mugs and free chips & salsa. We're not eating a meal but tried the seafood queso and it was yummy. Shrimp, scallops, crab & Pico in a yummy white quest. Will definitely be going back for more.
