My husband loves beer, and Octoberfest brews in particular, so this was a perfect time of year to try this brewery for the first time. We were in during the midafternoon on a Sunday, and there was a steady stream of people coming in, which was great to see. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. My husband had a flight to try their different offerings, then got a flight of the Octoberfest, which he thoroughly enjoyed. We'd definitely come here again on another visit to Cannon Falls!

Nothing bad, nothing outstanding. My Pink flamingo beer was good but it looked like swamp water :/ sorry, not appealing. Staff was friendly, interior was nice, patio is intimate.

Lovely, dog-friendly, patio area, where you can enjoy a drink and listen to the river. They had a special seltzer slushy over the weekend and it was delicious!!! My husband enjoyed his beers as well.

My BF and I visited here about 5 p.m., an hour before closing last Sunday evening. We had never been before, so we thought we’d check it out along with the winery next door.
As it would turn out, we never left Tilion Brewing, because we enjoyed the conversation with the bartender, Michael, and Michael’s knowledge about the beers they served.
Michael let us sample whatever we liked, and I don’t remember the exact names of the beers we got, but everything was awesome! Great flavors, and there was even a beer margarita we got to try, which was also super tasty and cold on that humid, muggy day.
Because not only was it an hour before closing, but also it was storming outside, we wound up staying inside. Nevertheless, it really has a unique interior that’s both cozy and laid-back all at once.
We have nothing but great things to say about this place, and we will definitely return in the near future.

Friendly staff, and all the beers I tried were delicious. The mango milkshake was my favorite and I brought several home. I also liked the Gravitas and the Sunrise.
I didn't get a chance to sit on the patio overlooking the bridge and waterfalls but I hope to visit again and sit there. If you are sitting inside in the back corner there are still many tables available with that great waterfall view.
