Went for the Thursday seafood buffet got there before 7 couldn't get seated. If you want to eat here on seafood night I guess you need to be here hours before it opens.

Never even got to eat. Waited over an hour. When asked where we were in the line, the gentleman at the gate had no idea. Drove over 2 hours to eat there and ended up at Arby's in Cloquet!

$140 to poison your family. Everyone just terribly sick within 2 hours.

Lunch buffet apparently was left overs from breakfast. Absolutely no food choices on the menu, should make it easy for staff to find the spoiled food served.

Idk what changed the last few years but the building looks old and run down, games are new but the food is super horrible and will make you sick.

Seafood buffet at 5pm. We went for the crab legs and it's a good thing because the other dishes were not very good...at all! The crab legs kept coming out hot and fresh. They were salted nicely and cracked easily. The cold, boiled shrimp and cocktail sauce was also delicious. The battered foods were bland and like leather. Other foods were soggy and nasty. We felt we ate our money's worth with the legs and for that we will be back.
UPDATE Thursday 4pm seafood buffet was terrible. The crab legs started out brown, slimy, and dried into the shell. Then they ran out and people were lined up waiting for more to come out. Again, the other food available was dried up. Our server did a good job and we tipped accordingly. Since our last visit all the food is now way below average and they also raised their prices. Over our many trips to this buffet, we have over looked more then most but now I can say its gotten so bad that we won't be returning.

The worst seafood buffet since the restaurant named changed, new owner? The crab legs are so salty. It may prevent customers eating. Nothing else related to the seafood dinner. Recommend you need to drink a lot of water at middle at night while you sleeping. My last one to be this restaurant.

The food was very, very good, but could've been hotter. Not a lot of selection at 1pm on a Friday. $38 for 2, plus tip seems high. Desserts were delicious! Smoke-free since 2020, but still smells of smoke.

They have such a great variety of different foods, but the crab legs by far are the best!! This buffet is a must if you love seafood (especially crab legs)!! Dominic, our waiter was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, so kind and efficient!!

Good was no to temperature. Food, especially the fish, was extremity salty. Desserts lacked flavor. On a positive note, meatball had good flavor, and the cheesy hashbrowns had great flavor and were hot. The vanilla icecream was good as well! Prime rib was good but not even luke warm.

Tyler and the some other wait staff at this buffet are absolutely amazing! I mean Michelin star restaurant quality servers. They deserve to work somewhere better. The selection for seafood night consisted of muscles, clams, and shrimp in the same container. There was a couple others like cold shrimp, battered shrimp and battered fish. The star of the show was only crab legs. Overall, it was missing a ton of seafood and had a ton of normal foods. This buffet used to be one of the best in the state! They have a waiting queue which took less than 30 mins so it wasn’t too bad. Most of the time the hot food was just warm and the cold stuff was also warm. Overall if you do not LOVE crab the seafood buffet at $45 a person is not worth the money. Children under 5 are free and 6 and over are adult prices which I think is crazy.

I will admit I was not expecting much for a buffet, but I was thoroughly impressed, excellent food, real homemade soup and mashed potatoes… Bacon was cooked perfectly… Some of the best donuts I ever had… Pretty darn impressive for the price, very friendly service!!!

I wasn't really impressed with the food. Most things that were supposed to be hot were lukewarm or cold. For $50, I feel like there's other better places to eat at. The staff was friendly and the dining area was quiet. I was kind of hoping the experience was going to be good because I haven't been there in a year or so. Overall I don't think we'll be back.
