We hadn’t dined here in a while, and not much has changed. The food was ok. Our server seemed disengaged, no drink refills and no plate service as expected. Overall, customer service could be better. We’ll likely take a break before returning.

Food took 50 minutes to arrive for two burgers. Wrong side on one, also had a topping we asked to not have on it. Took an hour to refill drinks, burger was both overcooked and almost cold.

Definitely my worst experience at a BWW, they're normally better.

Tri was very welcoming, efficient, and hardworking. Additionally, I appreciated Tri handing me a complimentary cup to get a drink while I waited for my food. It’s that extra step that makes a difference. This location is lucky to have her!
