order online food and they mess up our order. missing 3 items. called them 7x before someone finally picked up was told to go into the store and will get items replaced. when we finally got there the only thing we got was rude customer services. crew members accused us of lying and saying we ate the food already and we just wanted free food. Will be taking my money else where.
After several online orders with mistakes (missing items, no guacamole, poorly wrapped burritos, etc.) and NO reparations made by the restaurant, we placed a pick up order tonight. I brought it home and then realized they forgot our chips and salsa. I drove back and told the woman at the cash register that an item was forgotten and that we’ve had several orders now that have been messed up. She offered no apology.
