Just ordered delivery two meatball subs through the app. They were disgusting. It made me vomit from taking one bite. There was absolutely no red sauce on the sandwiches. I’ve called them 15 times and as soon as it gets ready to ring, it hangs up on me. I can’t even speak to anybody to get a refund!! 🤮
The staff here are nice. Unfortunately within the past two weeks that I've ordered here through the mobile app I had gotten the wrong sandwich and most recently found a small, brown, round object in my sandwich as I was biting down. It was so hard I thought I had broken a tooth.
The inside of the restaurant is literally 90 degrees, and the employees do not speak English.

Subway provides a mixed experience for its customers. On one hand, the employees are often friendly and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. However, some customers have experienced frustration due to a lack of ingredients, leading to unavailable menu items, and understaffing, which can cause delays and stress for both employees and customers. Despite these issues, the restaurant is capable of preparing delicious sandwiches, such as the Veggie Sandwich, and customers appreciate the effort of the employees.
