Are main place for fresh meat! Lots of other items and frozen as well. I have smoked ribs in 10 years. They pulled the back membrane off for me and I smoked them with Von Hanson's dry seasoning and finished with Von Hanson's BBQ sauce fir 4.5 hours. Some of the best ribs I've had in a while.
