This was the 1st Chipotle that I have been in, in a long time that was actually CLEAN! The tables and chairs were not riddled with food from previous guest and the floor looked freshly mopped. Service came with a smile and they were pleasant.
They didn’t add my guacamole or my salsa. The app is so terrible I can’t get in contact with anyone and the phone directs me back to the glitchy automated system. So irritating to pay EXTRA for something and then get circle jerked around with nothing to be resolved.

The food is good. The white guy with his hat backwards and pajama pants on was rude. When he makes your bowl, he doesn’t greet you, he barely scoops you any rice or meat, and looks like he’s annoyed when interacting with you. I’ve had him twice now, different days, and his poor attitude is always there. I think they should revise who they hired. Also most of the tables were dirty so we couldn’t dine in.
