I tried this food truck on my visit to Minneapolis a few weeks ago at a Winter Festival downtown. They also have a restaurant in town that has great reviews. I try to eat international food when away from home. I actually stumble across them at a festival in the down town area. The food was pretty tasty and packed with flavor. Delicious, homemade Filipino comfort food! I had the combo with lumpia, garlic rice, and chicken adobo. The chicken was so tender and flavorful, and with the rice it was like a hug in a bowl. The lumpia was PERFECT. The owner is very nice, and the food came out hot and fresh. There is not much seating, so it’s mostly for takeout.

Amazing food, and always amazing atmosphere in the restaurant or at the food trailer! Highly recommend this amazing local restaurant. Keep an eye out in the Twin Cities as they pop up in many locations.
