I have Filipino cousins and was raised in the military where I got to eat lots of homemade Filipino food. I saw that the food truck was a too far from my next appointment and I had a little bit of time today to check it out. I really enjoyed the Lumpias and my garlic rice. I had the pork belly this time and felt like it had good flavor, but tasted more steamed. Next time I’ll get the skewers. Overall, really good food and I plan on coming back.

Stoked to find Filipino food at the Spring Babies event. I got roasted pork belly with garlic jasmine rice and an order of six turon. It was +-$25 after tip, but honestly seemed like a steal because those turon were massive. I think I screwed up by not getting egg rolls, but I'll for sure do it right next time. Just park the truck outside my house plz.

I tried this food truck on my visit to Minneapolis a few weeks ago at a Winter Festival downtown. They also have a restaurant in town that has great reviews. I try to eat international food when away from home. I actually stumble across them at a festival in the down town area. The food was pretty tasty and packed with flavor.
