Visited last week to get brats and was completely ignored at first. Then when I was helped finally The cowboy brats were amazing though so no complaints there.Went there today and was greeted in the same unfriendly manner as last time. This is by far the best von Hanson’s around. They always have the biggest selection of fresh brats, the staff are very friendly and eager to help as soon as you walk in the door. The customer service here is outstanding. The store is always well stocked, clean and organized. I have never had a bad experience coming to the champlin Von hansons
