“Since moving to Plymouth, and really, next door to the OPH, I think I have eaten here once a week. The food is DELICIOUS, the wait staff is WONDERFUL, and it's just a welcoming place. Always clean and always accommodating. Such a great place to eat!“

“Wow. We had been to Hope Breakfast Bar at another location a few months ago, and were just “meh” after that experience, but were really impressed after our visit here at the Chanhassen location. KJ was our server, and was so super attentive and friendly, and I absolutely loved my Hawaiian Bowl. The quality of the coffee (although some people have complained about the price) is so worth it! Will definitely be returning.“
