So disappointed. Ordered $50 in boneless wings, and they ended up being EXTREMELY dried out and stringy, and mostly breaded and barely any meat. Worst wings I’ve ever had, anywhere. The salt in the would was they’re $16 for 6 wings… what!? I can make my own for a fraction of the cost and it will be 10x better. They’ve really gone downhill, I won’t ever be eating here again.

The traditional chicken wings we ordered were over fried, tough and chewy. Take a look at my pictures some are shriveled from being way over fried. How can a company promoting itself on wings make such a crappy product. Skip this place and save your money as they charge about $1.60 for each wing!

How the mighty have fallen. This BWW used to be great. We waited almost an hour for 1 order to come out then another 30 min for the other 2 orders. We went as a family and expected to eat together. The server was good but the food running process is broken. Manager didn't care enough to even come talk to me.

This place used to be amazing, good vibes and fun people. Lately it is nothing more than a boys club. On any given day, no matter what time of the day, the same 4-5 old dudes are taking up half of the spots at the bar. I've shown up countless times at 2pm or 7pm and it will be nothing but men and zero seats available. Management made the stupid decision to put in chairs that are heavy and wide (so less seats overall) and took out the extra overflow seating there used to be around the perimeter. If you like sitting around a bunch of grumpy old men, listening to them complain about which beer is not on special today, politics and/or want to be stared at like you're in "their" seat if you happen to get a place to sit, this place is for you! If they can't find a seat at the bar, they take up a table nearby and virtually burn a hole in your head staring until you leave. It's the most astounding thing I've ever witnessed in my life. The food ain't that great to deal with all this.
In person take out order on Tuesday BOG offer for a large group at my home. Was very specific and confirmed BOGO. Initially wanted some boneless wings - was told they didn't qualify. That was fine - but told me that the gal knew I wanted all on BOGO. Finished order and paid - handed food several minutes later and headed home. Found out I was shorted 40 wings plus ranch and blue cheese was missing. Drove back to the store to be told that part of my order did not qualify for BOGO. I then asked for the blue cheese and ranch - the gal looked at me like a deer in the headlights - refused to give it to me. I believe she knew she made a mistake and didn't want to bring it to anyone's attention - so she choose to ignore me.

We paid fully for 20 wings, but we accidentally left behind a box with 13 of them Realizing our mistake no more than five minutes later, we returned to the restaurant hoping to retrieve our forgotten food. We approached the order pick-up area and spoke with the manager, Jeffrey, about our situation. I approached him very calmly if he could reimburse me and my brother with 10 chicken wings. But .. Unfortunately it escalated because, instead of understanding and assisting us, he repeatedly emphasized that it was our fault for leaving the wings behind while also speaking very unprofessional and indecisive.. As if he had the option to reimburse us or replace the wings, but he chose not to, without citing any specific policy or rule that prevented him from doing so this lack of at least decent customer service and empathy was genuinely concerning and aggravating .. Mistakes happen, and a little understanding goes a long way in ensuring customer satisfaction. and I am hesitant to return to this location in the future. .
