I absolutely love our local Chanhassen Caribou. The service is always great here and online ordering is always timely and accurate. It also has the typical cozy vibe for dining in and they have a very small patio area for when the weather is nice.

This location is usually good but this morning I got a caramel espresso shaker and it didn’t taste very good . It just tasted like milk and all the caramel was at the bottom. Couldn’t taste a lot of coffee so a little disappointed this time.

Don’t order from here in the morning. Ordered on the app to have it ready when I arrived 10 minutes later. When I got there they had 1 other customer waiting for a drink, so they were not very busy. It still somehow took them another 7 minutes before I got my drink. Not ideal when you were looking for a quick pickup in the morning

Caribou Coffee has become my favorite spot, and it's all thanks to the amazing team, especially Connor and Rachel. From the moment you walk through the door, Connor makes you feel genuinely welcomed with a cheerful hello and engaging small talk. He always remembers the regulars' names, making you feel like part of the Caribou family.
Rachel and Connor always get my order spot on, whether it's my large Caramel Cooler with an extra shot of espresso or my favorite shortbread cookie. Their attention to detail and friendly service consistently brighten my day. Connor's great sense of humor and warm demeanor make every visit a delightful experience.
