I don’t really go here often but every now and then I’ll find a gift card from 2018 in my drawer and then I can justify spending $7 for 250mg caffeine. However whenever I do go the team working is always speedy and extremely friendly. Whenever I pull out 4 gift cards with $0.30-$4 on them the cashiers always look at me like I’m crazy. I don’t know how much is on them. They’ve been in a drawer for 7 years every time I use one it’s like seeing if I won the lottery or if it’s just an empty one I forgot to throw away. Anyways…staff here is great. Coffee is expensive but everything is expensive it’s 2025. They also need to start getting whole milk. 5 stars.

Not the best today. We order coffee to go often and today was very cold where we live and I pulled up, walked out knocked on the window, rang the bell, knocked again, knocked again and then three employees came from the back handed me the wrong order and just looked at me. I mean, come on

I wish this location had the same food offerings as the one that was across hwy 7.I stopped for an XL mocha today. Ordered ahead in the app. The young man at the window came out of the back room with my coffee. I didn't notice that the cup was a mess before I took a sip. Expecting a piping hot coffee but what I got was nowhere close to even warm. My first sip sent a whole coffee bean into my mouth. Yuck.I needed the coffee and was in a hurry so I didn't go back. Called and was told I could get a refund. Ok but I wanted coffee.I drank more of the coffee and seemed to get to the hot part when I noticed it was getting thick and chocolaty. I opened the lid and saw the bottom 2 inches of the cup was straight chocolate syrup.Please tell your staff to remake mistakes rather than "wing" it. I would have appreciated an apology and waited for a new drink.
