I loved going to chic fil a for their food and dessert (ice cream and milk shakes) however, the last 2 times I’ve gone I noticed that their ice cream cone is significantly smaller and different taste. It doesn’t taste goo at all! Their milkshake is fine but has given me stomach issues. Sadly I will not be coming back any time soon after this.

Food was quickly brought to our table and the fresh food was delicious. My go-to is the original chicken sandwich with extra pickles. Simple flavors that go together well, they understand that food doesn't need to be complex to be satisfying. As always, the waffle fries are perfect, too - never over cooked, lightly salted, nothing more needed. A simple meal that satisfies craving and need both.

Consistently given the wrong salad in the drive thru. Either the chicken type is wrong or the entire salad is not what was ordered. How hard is it to give the correct food?
