I’m not one for writing reviews because everyone has their bad days… but the atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable, I was spoken over by other employees while they were having their own conversation in the middle of my order, told to hush by one of them. Was given attitude when I asked a simple question about the meat. To top it off when I was paying they handed me my burrito with no bag, so I asked “do I get a bag or…” and I was told I could bag it myself if I wanted one.I work in food service and this was just kind of unreal, stop hiring incompetent morons that can’t do a simple job.

I have been a customer for 5+ years. During my order, one of your employees was taking an overly aggressive approach against me for asking basic questions and for confirming my order. If you hire employees for the front line assembly they should have certain customer service skills. The employee in question was at the Chanhassen location around 6pm on April 4th, had a scraggly moustache, and a tattoo with a name written in cursive on each arm. Am hoping management will be able to correct the attitude.

I hope the owner sees this because this is consistently one of the most disappointing Chipotle's that I regretfully visit because it's the closest one to my house.I am and have been the biggest Chipotle fan for decades now, but this is hands down the worst location I have frequented. Let me tell you why.This is the only location I have visited on multiple occasions during normal work hours (M-F between the hours of 8am - 5pm) that is closed to foot traffic, forcing customers to use online only orders. The door is locked and they will not let you order to-go in person despite the restaurant being staffed for online orders.When they are open for foot traffic, the location is severely understaffed, and those poor workers are completely inundated with in person orders and a mix of mobile orders. There is not enough time for them to neatly make burritos and the counters are often covered with spillage because the staff is rushing to keep up.I recently opted to order online to prevent the disappointment of being turned away and that was an even bigger mistake. They completely butchered the order, using hot salsa instead of mild, and forgetting basic ingredients like lettuce and sour cream.These complaints have been shared with Contact Support link to Chipotle.To whoever owns this location, take some pride in your franchise. Hire some more staff and train them to nail the basics of getting an order right. The Chic Fil a down the road is packed with teenage workers so don't tell me there's a shortage.
