Crisp & Green had only one item labeled as Vegan so I tried the Build Your Own Salad. The sign said 2 bases. 2 items -
& 2 protein. I told the attendant that I follow a Vegan Diet. I selected the only two vegan protein: black beans and tofu. The bill came out much higher than expected so I requested the receipt. To my surprise I was charged additionally for the beans, bacon and chicken. When I complained that I hadn’t ordered those items. I was told tofu is the same price and it was my order. I asked how could tofu be the same as two meats. The entire discussion stated or implied that I was to blame. They could not process the credit so, finally in exasperation I said cancel the whole thing. They couldn’t process the refund so I’m in hope that they finally credit my card. I’ll avoid this venue and chain.

****** I had to update my rating because I just was so excited to go again today 12/8 for the date night smoothie, I was late & it tasted like dirty water (I mean really bad) so I was like okay maybe my fault (even though it shouldn’t taste that bad still) & ordered another one, changed to oatmilk incase it would improve, nope still taste like dirty water and I can not pinpoint what it is but it’s so bad I can’t eat it. Really honestly disappointed at this point. ONE PERSON the guy on Dec 6 with tattoo right arm has been the only to make it how it’s supposed to be made in the last 10 times I’ve gone…. I’m giving up. Crisp & Green apparently is going down the drain.
FINALLY. I was really let down the last 5 times or more from the Eden Prairie location, I didn't know this Chanhassen location was here until now and the smoothie was perfect, the bowl was perfect, it tasted exactly how I would expect it to, the reason I became obsessed with C&G in the first place! I had the delicious pieces of dates in my smoothie which you expect when you order the Date Night! (This is coming from someone who has been getting C&G for years now and always orders the same thing - Date Night smoothie & Fiesta Bowl)
Everyone who was working here at Dec 6th around 11:30am deserves a raise. Especially the tall person with the tattooed right arm who made my smoothie.

I can always count on the food being good here but the service was not. I came in the afternoon when there was not a single person in line ahead of me and the two things I ordered took 10 minutes to make. The staff seemed confused and uninterested and were making tons of noise slamming dishes around.

Beware! This Chanhassen location has gone down hill, so this good rating they have is not reflective of their current operations! Like other reviewers, we love Crisp & Green, and have been going here for years. It used to be great! However, over the past six months, we have had problems 4 out of 5 times with missing ingredients. Even Premium ingredients we paid extra for were missing! We have contacted them directly 2 or 3 of the times over the past six months, but it hasn't gotten better, so it seems they just don't care anymore. The last visit we also had the poor staff experience that other reviewers have reported. (Seemed a bit dirty too.) We will sadly no longer go to this location. Hopefully other locations are still good.

Holy crap. Just discovered this place. 2 time customer is the last 5 days already. This place is a Chiplote killer. My wrap weighed a ton, the ingredients are amazing (especially the tomatoes....tasted fresh off the vine)! So many awesome options and flexibility to build it the way you want. I look forward to eating here again very soon.

This is the second restaurant in the Crisp & Green chain I have visited.
I get the same thing so it was good to compare...I have to say they are consistent.
The look, preparation, and taste of the meal was similar to the other restaurant.
We enjoyed our meal and with the Crisp & Green meals, one does not feel weighted down after eating.
The staff was friendly and the process was fast and efficient. Order what you want and they make it for you, in front of you.
I would go back.

The smoothies are great but on average between them all, have 30 grams of sugar in each smoothie. That's a lot and defeats the purpose of a protien smoothie. The dining area was also messy but it was lunch time.
