Beware the chocolate concrete!
Today I ordered exactly what I've always ordered. Chocolate CUSTARD with peanut butter + peanut butter cups. I've ordered this combo as long as I've known of Culver's, but tonight I was told I would be charged for a $.70 chocolate to make this concrete chocolate. Okay that's new...
Watched other customers get chocolate custard straight from the frozen custard machine. Those were just the scoops. Everyone's concretes got 'soft serve' from a completely separate machine.
To be honest, I was disappointed, at the complete change in my products expectations, as well as the cash grab to make their only concrete base chocolate.
I've never had a worse Culver's Concrete or been charged for an inferior product.
I should have saved my money and gone to McDonald's.

New crispy chicken sandwich is way to spicy. The old crispy chicken sandwich was really good. You have a spicy chicken sandwich change the regular one back to the original receipe.

This location had tissue in the bathrooms, as in nose or facial tissue.
The restrooms were clean.
The staff was friendly.
The parking was easy.
The dining area was clean and orderly.
The trash cans were clean and emptied.

Food was served quickly and petfectly. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. It is a perfect place to take kids.
Scrubbing and spraying is the only thing I do when I’m cleaning the kitchen floor is to clean it up with the soap in it so it can clean it out before it goes in there is a lot more clean than the other stuff in the bathroom

All food cold. Packages for food were all smashed and very small portions. One butter burger only had half and it was literally torn not even cut. Missing two shakes I paid for. Fountain drinks obviously had been sitting out. No ice and drinks were warm and lids weren't secured. Missing condiments. Most of order couldn't be consumed because of all the package damage. I spent a lot of money on this and was told No refund. Worst experience ever. I have never had this experience at Eden Prairie store which is all top notch every time. Obviously the Chanhassen store has zero regard for customer experience for me. $90 down the drain. Since the Chanhassen store will not resolve all these issues I have no choice but to report to Better Business Bureau to at least get a refund and hopefully an apology.
