Horrible service. Left my pizza by the trash by the garage door when my front door was a couple of steps away. I even tipped them. When I called to complain to the manager he did not care. Will never ever order from them again.

We never got our order. We called four or five times, were told “it is out for delivery”, I asked if we were still paying for it after waiting an hour and a half, was told “we will take care of it”, and then never got the food. Two hours of calls and trying to get a hold of somebody with getting hung up on twice and then never received our food.

Good staff, nice restaurant. Food loses a star just out of inconsistency. Sometimes it's like the best you've ever had and next time it's like the "old" domino's and you'd rather be eating cardboard. Overall ok, just wish they would put out a consistently stellar product. Can't beat the prices tho.

I order from this dominos all the time. Tonight I had a driver that said he dropped our food off but didn't. I called the store the person on the phone sent him back out to bring us out order. When we received it I was missing a whole slice of pizza out of one of my boxed. Not only that it was cold by the time I got it back. Hopefully this employee is let go.

Jim the delivery guy is rude and this is my 2nd time getting him. He shoved the pizza into my chest and when I called and spoken to a very incompetent so called manager Josh he just was holding the phone and steady saying what.

Ordered at 10:00 and it didn’t arrive until 1am. Called numerous times and no one answered. A 3 hour delivery time is ridiculous and I could tell they were waiting until the store closed to deliver all the pizzas that had been ordered in the last 3 hours in one trip out. Horrible customer service. Arrived cold and didn’t even have the right toppings. Never again.

We only ordered from here because our normal pizza place was closed. The food was the bare minimum and no sauces like we ordered. My husband got a regular coke instead of a Diet Coke but he didn’t want to bother the driver. It took the driver over half an hour to get here after it said it was ready and we are only a block or two away. Very disappointed in this location I do NOT recommend! Save your money. Everything was cold.

If you are ordering for a business meeting do not order from Chanhassen Dominos. We ordered for an 11:30 delivery a day in advance the meeting is long over and we still do not have any food because they are short on staff. Have you ever heard of calling and asking if it can be picked up? Worst Customer Experience I have ever had from any restaurant. And I have always been a Domino's fan. I will never again order from this location. We will move to a different Pizza shop for personal and business. Still waiting and its an hour late already.

0/5 would not recommend it. Stocking is a massive issue for this location, it's a 50/50 chance of getting your food, for some reason, and an even smaller chance it has everything you ordered. Delivery drivers always seem to have a hard time with building/house numbers (because cellphone GPS is so hard to use), and the tracker never works properly. Doing the bare minimum is extremely difficult for this location.
