The food was fantastic and service was superb. I had the Salmon and Pimento Scramble which was amazing with a great blend of flavors. My wife had the Hope Breakfast which she said hit the spot. Overall, and excellent dining experience! Very highly recommend.

I had the Blackened Cauliflower and unfortunately instead of melting the cheese on top of it, they grilled the cheese separately on a flat top and then put it on top of the food, essentially giving me a sheet of bitter cheese plastic. I probably won’t come back until there are changes to the place.

Visited on 4 Nov @ 1015-ish. Quiet, clean, well organized seating. Greeted promptly by the hostess and assigned a table of my choice. (Not very many customers at the time). Waitress was attentive and checked in multiple times to ensure I had everything (coffee, ketchup, extra sides, more coffee). She was not overbearing and exuded a professional attitude.
Would recommend this place everyday. I had the Hope Breakfast with an extra serving of hashbrowns. They even through in some jalapenos with the hb and it wasn't even on the menu. Love places like this! Thank you Hope Breakfast!
It’s hard to find a place that serves both good breakfast food and a good selection of coffees. This place has both; not only that, the food options are much more nutritious than some of the local greasy spoons.
We came here on a Saturday just before noon, and the place was PACKED! Regardless, the service was great, the food was tasty and well presented. We made a reservation; however there was not a long wait at the door when we got there. The food does not taste processed like some of the other local restaurants. There is also a spiritual theme welcoming to all beliefs with the option to leave a note for thoughts and prayers at the table.
The prices are fair considering the quality of food and service you get. Definitely a positive and unique experience in the SW metro.

One of my favorite breakfast spots! Hope Breakfast Bar never disappoints — from the creative menu to the cozy atmosphere, everything hits just right. The food is fresh, flavorful, and plated beautifully every time. Service is always friendly and upbeat, and the vibe makes you want to stay for another coffee. First time sadly no one came to the table after 15min of waiting, second time we were asked to leave after 1.15h birthday breakfast even though we had a reservation. Won’t be back any time soon.
