Jersey Mike’s in Chanhassen is decent, but a bit hit or miss depending on the day. The subs are generally fresh and flavorful—especially when you get them Mike’s Way—but consistency with service and portion sizes can vary.
On my last visit, the staff seemed overwhelmed and it took longer than expected to get my order, even though the store wasn’t very busy. My sandwich tasted good, but there wasn’t as much meat or toppings as usual, which was disappointing for the price.
The restaurant was clean and the staff was polite, but the overall experience didn’t stand out compared to other locations. It’s still a solid spot for a quick bite if you’re craving a sub, but there’s room for improvement in terms of speed and consistency.

Ordered a blt twice now through door dash and my sandwich shows up with no tomato... twice... its a blt... 3 ingredients, just make the order and send it out I dont understand why they think someone wants a bacon and lettuce sandwich
