Such a great experience at this location! I’ve always had positive experiences at Jersey Mike’s, but Trevor, Noah, and Haley truly made this visit stand out. My husband and I came in right after finishing a job, just five minutes before closing. I quickly asked if we could still place an order, and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. You could tell they went above and beyond, our sandwiches were generously made, which meant so much to us after a long day of work without having eaten. Their kindness and care really made our night.

Jersey Mike’s in Chanhassen is decent, but a bit hit or miss depending on the day. The subs are generally fresh and flavorful—especially when you get them Mike’s Way—but consistency with service and portion sizes can vary.
On my last visit, the staff seemed overwhelmed and it took longer than expected to get my order, even though the store wasn’t very busy. My sandwich tasted good, but there wasn’t as much meat or toppings as usual, which was disappointing for the price.
The restaurant was clean and the staff was polite, but the overall experience didn’t stand out compared to other locations. It’s still a solid spot for a quick bite if you’re craving a sub, but there’s room for improvement in terms of speed and consistency.
Overpriced garbage with snack size potato chip bags at inflated prices. Want a real cheesesteak in Chanhassen? Go to tono were they also have French fries included at no additional charge.
