Wow… I called about a delivery order I made an hour ago!! When I called the store to see if they received my order they said yes and it was already out for delivery. It’s another 30 min later and no order. The dishonesty was unnecessary! Why lie and say it’s out for delivery just to get a notification 30 min later stating it just left the store. No sandwich is worth waiting 90+ minutes for!

Below is a pic, exactly as it came, of the $8.20 (pre-tax and tip) Turkey Tom we ordered today. One thin slice of turkey. One cucumber on each half. One tomato on each half. We found a few shreds of lettuce we had ordered. It. Was. Pathetic. Comically so. With so many other decent sandwich shops around, we are done with Jimmy John’s.

Being my one Quiznos place closed down, I went to find other sub sandwich stores. Most are disappointing or average, but Jimmy Johns is quite good and love going there once a week. If they had chipotle mayo....that'd be awesome.

They were more worried about telling me to move then letting me, a customer put my change away in my wallet, the guy literally was like, excuse me without stopping literally mopped over my feet. I know they are supposed to deliver quickly but why in such a hurry to have me, the customer move instead of waiting for me to gather my things to leave. Uglyness. The guy obviously was just trying to hurry to get done with his shift with no care for the customer.

Very disgusting to mop the store in the middle of lunch rush while customers are ordering their food. Maybe wait until afterwards, unless there is a spill. And just a tip: Staff with long hair should probably where hair nets when making sandwiches. Have a Great Day!

I messed up and ordered a big party order for the wrong day. The store was really busy on a summer Saturday and the employees were amazing in accommodating my order for a quick turnaround round and took it all in stride. Thanks for the great service!
