I'm posting from an old business account, it's Levi Nelson and I don't care who knows it. I feel so terrible for eating that sub. It should've been displayed in a museum, or at the very least framed. I don't have a pic to share bc I never put it down and now I'm devastated over the loss. I have to find the will power not to order another one and kiss y'all on the forehead when I come pick it up. The only thing better than the subs are this staff. I'm convinced JJ sends their best employees to the Chan location. Either way, I'll figure out what's going on here and report back. I may start ordering subs every single day until they mess something up just to see how long it takes. These gd people should be cherished, celebrated and paraded around town. THANK YOU to the crew...for your diligence, care and passion for subs. I can taste it. Love yas!!!!

Great sandwich. Lives up to the expectation of a Jimmy John’s sandwich. I would love to give it five stars but I find it very odd when people argue with me about how to pronounce my name. Dude, I live with my name, I’m pretty sure I know how to pronounce it.

I’d like the franchise owner of this location to contact me. Just had an awful experience with your store and a ridiculous discussion with your “manager”. Couldn’t have been more unhelpful

I am a loyal Jimmy John’s rewards customer and all of the locations (wayzata, Chanhassen, Hopkins ect) close to where I live have been extremely slow, poor quality sandwiches and most of the time terrible customer service. I hope they’ve dropped the “freaky fast” statement as it typically takes about 10+ minutes to order in person at these locations. I am finally writing a review because my “Turkey Tom” had literally one slice of turkey and I’m so disappointed I paid about $10.00 for basically bread. See photo. Please do better, you used to be a go-to favorite for me and I’m always let down every time I go.

We ordered two sandwiches and two teas. An hour and a phone call later they were dropped off. When i called and asked kindly regarding time of drop off after 45 minutes the guy who answered hung up on me and then the girl was incredibly rude. I tipped 20% for over $41 for mediocre sandwiches and rude service. I did nothing to deserve snotty attitude from their employees. Jimmy Johns is off my list of places from which i will order.

Not a freaky fast place to get a sub but at least the food quality is good

What I ordered versus what I got… minimal sandwich toppings and they did not include the hot peppers that were requested to be added.

Placed a delivery order and waited an hour before calling but got no answer. After two hours, I went into the store and the employee said they had no drivers for delivery but he tried to call me to come get it. I didn’t get any calls and that employee didn’t answer my many attempts at calling.
