Placed a delivery order and waited an hour before calling but got no answer. After two hours, I went into the store and the employee said they had no drivers for delivery but he tried to call me to come get it. I didn’t get any calls and that employee didn’t answer my many attempts at calling.

Freaky fast, freaky good. I love ordering from this location. Especially last minute. I have ordered from them a hundred times over the years and my order has always been correct, never late, they follow any delivery instructions always. The sandwiches have the best flavor. They taste so fresh! The options are fantastic whether you want to totally indulge or watch your diet, there is something for everyone. My child has dietary restrictions and the website and mobile app make it easy to avoid any issues with allergies. I am a JJ customer for life.

Worst jimmy John’s. Waited an hour for my delivery. I called to see where my order was and was hung up on called again to the manager who didn’t take me serious till I said I would call corporate. Which they told me I’ll get my sandwiches for free. No one called to tell me there was no driver. When I asked why they said they were too busy. They never even made my sandwich I still had to wait.

Even though they were short staffed, busy rush hour, everyone was super friendly. AND STILL FAST! Thank you so very much!!We ordered online and picked up to eat in.Online order note: Something I noticed was when I ordered a custom sandwich, went to check out, then went back to edit, the system lost all of my edits on my sandwich. :(My daughter's sandwich was the way we ordered it. Mine was placed as a regular #1 and I had wanted some items added/removed.Totally not the stores fault, it is a flaw with the way the website is coded.Sharing in case this happens to you. Remember to go back and re-add yoyr customization to the sandwich.

Don’t think there’s a manager working.My bread was crunchy. Super hard and all 3 of my sandwiches were messed up. The sandwiches were PUNY the bread was coming off in crumbs and on top of that I asked for no tomatoes and for them to add cheese on them and you guessed it. All of them had tomatoes and none of them had cheese. Not sure if they were in a rush or something but this is just bad.
