Egg Rolls reminded me of something that was prepackaged and not made fresh. The coconut curry chicken was just okay, and I have had a lot better at different places .. base was very thick not creamy. Pho was decent.
Overall good. The tom yum very good. The beef pad thai was dry/pasty. Spring rolls, I could take or leave. I'd give it another shot but make different choices.
Jungle Kitchen is hands down one of the best hidden gems in Chanhassen! If you’re craving authentic Southeast Asian cuisine, this place is a must-visit. The menu is diverse, featuring a delicious mix of Cambodian, Thai, Vietnamese, and Chinese dishes—all made with fresh ingredients and bold, balanced flavors.
I ordered the Orange Chicken and the Pad Thai on my last visit. The Orange Chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and coated in a perfectly tangy-sweet glaze. The Pad Thai was just the right amount of savory and had excellent texture—definitely one of the best I’ve had in the southwest metro. Portion sizes are generous, and everything came out piping hot.
The restaurant itself is cozy and very clean, with a welcoming atmosphere whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu—they’re happy to accommodate spice preferences and dietary needs, which is a big plus.
Parking is easy, and the location is convenient—right off Highway 5 with plenty of spots in the lot. They also have online ordering through their website, which is super user-friendly and great for a quick pickup option.
If you’re looking for a reliable local spot with authentic flavors, excellent service, and great value, Jungle Kitchen is the real deal. I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu—especially the curry and pho, which I’ve heard amazing things about!
Good selection of food. Good portion and taste.
They never fail on the orange chicken, white rice, and cream cheese wontons. Perfect tasting every time.
The food is awesome. Every dish we picked was cooked with so much care, love and our special requests were always taken into account. Service was so good. We went back for more. ??

Decent but very bland food. I’ve tried them twice and both times walked away thinking I’d rather have Leeann Chin. Nice portion sizes but average food.
We’re experiencing different takeout spots in the area and this place is great. Basil friend rice, orange chicken and some egg rolls. All delicious. The food seems to be made on-site (rather than pre-made bagged that you find at some takeout places). People were coming in and out for their takeout, so it seems to be a popular spot. We’re going back again to try other items.

Shortage of employees seems to be a common theme around the area but it was literally worst Pad see ew that we’ve ever had. Noodles were so bland and we couldn’t even eat them without adding soy sauce.
We also ordered a tomyam soup, there is no way that is even close to how Tom Yam should taste.
Please skip this place if you were to look for authentic Thai food.

This has been our go to for years for orange chicken and pad thai. We even moved about 45 mins away and any time we come near before heading home we pick up an order!

I had the Jungle Surprise with added tofu for lunch, following the chef/owner’s suggestion for a popular vegan dish. I did like it, although the highest-level hotness that I chose (level 5 out of 5) was not as “Thai Hot” as I expected. I absolutely loved the Vegan Mango Mochi Ice Cream. I’ve never had anything like it before. Not only was it refreshing after my spicy meal, but it was also super fruity and had a fun spongy exterior. I am rating 3 stars because a few things could make the experience better: more complete vegan labeling; a vegan side for lunch specials (otherwise you have to order the entrée version); more basic beverage options (there are only 2 soft drinks & water available); and food served on a plate when dining in (vs. in a plastic container). ABOUT VEGAN MENU LABELING Only desserts have vegan labeling. The chef/owner said he can veganize a lot of menu items, and to specify vegan when ordering. He said he doesn’t use fish sauce and instead has a special house sauce that is vegan. Our family just tried Jungle Kitchen for the first time. 5 different dishes. All good. Plenty of food for our teen boys.

Honestly it wasn’t good. The pad Thai had a strange taste/flavir. The pineapple fried rice was mostly pineapple and hardly any veggies. The Tom yum soup had canned mushrooms.
