Terrible service
Took forever to order lunch with only 3 other tables in the entire restaurant. They forgot to order sushi rolls. Overpriced food and nothing special about it

Tried this for the first time as we always drove past it. I was very disappointed on the sushi roll. The sushi rice was hard and did not stick together so fell apart after the first bite. The fish on top of the roll was thinly sliced and not satisfying at all. Plus the $20 roll was smaller than typical.

The lady was nice and service was fast - I would not recommend for sushi. Maybe other dishes are better.

I was looking forward to trying this place as I was in the area and saw the positive reviews. Let me just say, I have never been more disappointed in a sushi restaurant in my entire life.

The service and atmosphere were fine, but the rolls themselves were terrible. I could only eat one roll out of three I ordered, and even that was forced. Regarding that single roll, there was far too much sauce on everything, overpowering the flavors of the fish. I took a single bite of the other two rolls and regretted it. Again, too much sauce, but this time even the flavor of the sauce was atrocious.

I would never come back. There are far, far better options not too far away.

I ordered a day before Mother's day around 11:00 to put a take out order in. The sign said open but when I went in they were still moving tables and mopping the floor! They told me to come in--I ordered (chicken and shrimp) I received chicken and beef but I was too far to go back. I checked the slip and it did say shrimp. Just disappointed because they weren't that busy-the price for 2 entrees were $47 or $49 without any beverage. They should have lower prices for lunch. The food was ok. Next year I'll go somewhere else.

It's the second time I've gone and I find out again that the sushi rolls lack tightness and when I grab them they fall apart. Lose the point of eating something different.

My son and his girlfriend turned me on to this place, and although the prices are high, you really get what you pay for !I will continue to return here for the best sushi in a 30 miles radius.

Went for lunch and the lunch special was worth the price. Meal comes with soup or salad. Had to find $15 for a full meal nowadays

I love Kai’s. They are super quick and friendly, and sushi always satisfying. I don’t know what it is, but the side of lo mein noodles is like a siren song it is SO GOOD. I honestly would eat those noodles every day if I could

We would never go here again. Food was really low quality, WAY overpriced, restaurant looked dirty. Staff sat around eating in front of customers. Not good at all. The lady who was our server was nice but sorry that doesn't make up for all the negative issues.
