I received my beef and broccoli bowl and immediately noticed the egg roll was not as crunchy/cooked as it usually is. Then I went to eat the beef and noticed it was all red and had a weird texture. I called the store and they said it was just the sauce but I have not seen any sauce turn JUST the meat red but not the other food in the same dish. I'm thoroughly disappointed.

I ordered food through Uber Eats well over an hour before pickup. The app showed “food is ready,” but when I arrived, the staff said nothing was prepared. There was no apology or effort to make the situation right — both the counter staff and the manager seemed dismissive. I was simply told I could request a refund and left without food.
It would have made a big difference if they had acknowledged the mistake and offered at least a quick apology or solution. Hopefully, management works on improving communication and customer service so future guests don’t face the same experience.

Always an excellent option for lunch or dinner. I ordered the chin dynasty which consists of rice of your choice or noodles and two half entrees.

Love the food (always stop here when going through MSP airport) but was taken aback when I was refused a cup of water with my meal. They offered to charge me for the tap water, saying it's company policy....
Went in and ordered. Card reader glitched out and waited for a couple minutes, with no apology. Ordered to-go, no napkins or forks. Cream cheese puffs were chewy, and the orange chicken had a bone in it. Not great...

Katrina was friendly.
The veggies in both dishes were beyond over cooked. The potstickers were burnt. The floor was filthy. Just after 4:00pm the place should be immaculate, as they had only two people dining in. Place is way over staffed and overpriced.

I supposed this is your typical Leeann Chin restaurant. Service wasn't anything noteworthy. Food was just ok. Broccoli in the Cashew Chicken felt like it wasn't cooked and seemed a bit raw which didn't make the dish appetizing. Felt the lobby was clean and you get good portions for the price.
Wasn't bad made me hot
