The guy at the drive had such bad English I had a hard time ordering. He did not get it right. All I wanted was sweet tea, half cut with light ice. I refuse to use Google translator at a drive through.

last time i was there they didnt have any carbonation in their pop. which, was fine, they explained it and offered a different drink. but you would at least think if they were having issues they would make sure your box of fries was actually full. the box was half empty. mcdonalds needs to stop squeezing the boxes when they fill them to save a few pennies.

The kiosk sucks. No way to use coupons or receive senior dservice. Via the kiosk. The front counter service just doesn't exist. Nobody is there to take your order or deal with issues. No customer servjce.

Alarms were going off the kiosk kept glitching and they made me wait for the wrong sizes of food I ordered a large got a medium but the people were nice so overall 2 stars

Always have good food sometimes mess up order over all fabuloussssss
Multiple times in one week they have left me sitting at the drive thru speaker while they helped other guests at the other window. This most recent time, I pulled up to the speaker and there was a line of cars waiting for the window. They asked me to wait, which was fine, they're busy. Another car pulled up to the other speaker, they asked him to wait, then helped them first. Okay, fine, one car arriving after me, whatever. They then proceeded to help the two people that arrived after that first car and left me sitting in my lane. The third car left and I had to yell at the speaker for attention after trying to wave a couple times. At that point, I asked for them to cancel my mobile order, which they refused to do. I'll consider other options when coming home late after working a full day from now on.

forgot all my sauces , forgot the straws as well and when i proceeded to ask if i could get a straw he questioned me saying he gave me them when i was more than certain there was not a straw in my bag, figure it out

This location lacks accuracy and quality control. I’ve been to this location at least 10 times and they have somehow, using all the power in the universe, messed up 75% of my orders. I’ll order an Iced coffee, but they hand me black hot coffee. They fail to make a sandwich “plain” when it says plain on the order. They’ve put sauce on sandwiches that don’t come with sauce. They’ve forgotten to give me fries, too. These orders have been mostly using the mobile app, so there is no possibility of a communication error. The workers are friendly when I go back inside to fix the problem, but I shouldn’t have to do that in the first place.
