Food was made right to order. Overall taste of McDonald's is going downhill. Main issue is had, was i couldn't really understand the person taking my order. Otherwise all went fine.

the drive thru radio doesn't work, its way loud and filled with way too much background noise to hear anything the employees say, it gave me a headache

You must use the app to get your order right. Even then double check before driving off. My three last visits they forgot one item. I do large orders, but still they shouldn't miss it. Check your fries too, for the last six months they have only been half full or less. Had to complain a couple times to get them filled properly.

I get it - it’s fast food . My crispy chicken was mush . But the staff as another issue . Terrible language in the kitchen when kids were in the store . The kid at the desk was more interested in talking to his friend than doing his job .

UNACCEPTABLE. 3 different places where it says NO ONIONS. I shouldn’t be scraping onions off when it’s put in your system correct. You’ve guys have done this MORE THAN ONCE. If someone is allergic to onions and you still do this…that’s a big lawsuit yall don’t want to have
