Their online orders are always running behind, and tonight they not only were delayed but couldn’t find the order. I’m unsure if this is an app problem, an organization problem, or some other issue, but as of right now the order is almost 30 minutes behind schedule. I don’t think we’ll be coming back after multiple poor experiences.

Ordered the grilled cheese and broccoli cheese soup combo. Soup was good, Grilled Cheese was not grilled long enough and had no browning. Wait time was almost 20 minutes in the drive thru with 0 people infront of us. They also forgot to give us spoons.

I had placed a pickup order and once I got home, realized one of my items was wrong. I called and spoke to the nicest gentleman who immediately apologized and sent me an e gift card to not only cover the cost of my food today, but also a remake tomorrow. Top tier service. Much appreciated

Horrible place. Every time we go here I become more and more disappointed. Went through the drive through today, negative stars. Forgot multiple beverages. No straw on the one beverage I did receive. My smoothie was not even blended and had giant chunks of brown banana and ice. Wife’s salad had essentially no dressing. The sandwich was falling apart. The Mac and cheese cup had black marks on the rim. Looking through the drive through window the inside of the kitchen was honestly nasty. I understand they are busy, but I’m talking a question of it being sanitary to eat food coming through the window (if you ever receive it). Will NOT be returning. Ever.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband was ranting about the horrible quality the entire way home after this visit. After multiple past visits resulting in inaccurate orders - we tried Panera in Chanhassen again hoping to save time on our way home. It was a disaster. We ordered 2 kids Mac and cheese with milk and received no beverages. We ordered salads and got maybe 1 teaspoon of dressing for the salad. The smoothie wasn’t even blended all the way and still had full chunks of ice and banana, and they forgot our straw. We had no napkins, waited a while in the drive through, and paid $50 to miss a lot of our order.
I paid $26 dollars for salad, soup and tea. The price outweighed the quality of the food.

I order from this location all the time via DoorDash. Normally it works flawlessly, but today I had an issue where the location received the order, made it, and it was picked up by someone else. when my Dasher arrived, she was at a loss. She ended up withdrawing, but I called the location, and they were happy to remake my order on the spot, and an employee was even willing to drive it out to me, two towns over. Luckily another driver got auto assigned in the app, and it delivered with no more issues. They let me know on the phone that their own app tends to work better for ordering. Top notch customer service displayed by this team.

Panera is a total rip off now. Went here with my kids yesterday. 2 sandwiches with 2 bowls + 2 cups soup and 4 regular drinks was $73! A regular sized drink is $3.23. What? Never again. I won't patronize companies that are in the business of ripping off their customers.
