I come to this potbelly every week for around two years now and it is always the best experience. All the workers are the nicest and most welcoming people and I’ve never had a bad sandwich or bad experience ever!!!! Definitely my go to place. Amazing employees ☺️☺️
Way better than chick fil a
I typically order for my lunch between jobs and the past three weekends of ordering, my order has been either incorrect/delayed/forgotten about. I’m disappointed because I’ve been a customer for years however recently it seems that the communication and organization is not there.
What a disappointing visit to one of my favorite sandwich shops. The lady behind the counter (longer blond/brown hair) is loud and a bit aggressive. She assumes you’ve been to the restaurant before and know “the flow” of ordering. I observed this twice- once with my mom’s order, and again as she asked a question, spoke over me as I responded, to boss her co-worker around. I didn’t know who I was to respond to. Seriously, Pot Belly? You can and have done better. Your customer service with that particular worker is poor. Even the customer behind me shook his head in disbelief.
I’m glad I’m only passing through the area.

My sandwich had a long hair in it. And my chicken pot pie soup tasted spoiled. It tasted sour and my daughter ate a few bites of the soup and ended up throwing up 30 mins later, that’s when I took a bite and notice it was bad. AND the guy who was getting our mac and cheese got some cheese on his hands and he LICKED it with his tongue and continued to pack our Mac and cheese….Why are you guys not wearing hair nets? OR gloves?????? Disgusting
The process for new customers was very confusing. I had to wait several minutes for them to remake my sandwich. Register lady tried to help but was a bit embarrassing as 5 customers went ahead of me.
Next time I visited had a much better experience. Spoke with the manager who was kind and listened to my 2 cents worth. Love the sandwiches there. Gets real busy at lunch time understandably.

Can't beat the classic wreck. Sucks you can't order a wrecking ball (adding meatball to the wreck) via the app or online. Also they forgot my avacado on my sandwich. That's a pretty pricey addon to be forgetting ?

We had a pretty bad experience at this location. We waited for for over 30 minutes for our food. My wife's sandwich had a long hair in it. They remade the sandwich but there were no apologies or anything. Normally they are pretty good but not today!
