I came in really early to get a hot chocolate and sandwich and it was prepped very quickly and the staff were all very kind and helpful, especially the cashier named Annika. The store itself was very clean and all the workers were on task and working hard.

Location was closed middle of the day with no signage stating why it was closed. Drive-through line had a long line of people waiting in it even though store was closed
Closed at 2pm on a Thursday afternoon with no signs on drive thru or door, even though hours say open until 9pm
15 minute drive thru wait and it was still going to be awhile so I left.

I love Starbucks and I appreciate it how busy it can be in the weekend but the set up in this store IMO is atrocious. The drive thru is so long, and we’ve been stuck in that line before, this time we decided to try inside. With 10-12 cars in the drive thru it still would have been faster. My daughter got a frap and a sandwich, I got a latte. Instead of doing orders as they come in you have stations making cold drinks, drive thru drinks, espresso drinks, and food. I can understand drive thru having a dedicated resource (have to keep the cars moving), even food, but when my daughter gets her cold drink and food, and I am still waiting 20 mins for my hot drink and the barista is telling everyone she has a long order list and is backed up, something is wrong. I had to abandon my drink to get my daughter to an appt and I couldn’t even ask for a refund because the of the line. There has to be a better way to run a line like that. Maybe shut down door dash during times when it’s busy because that was the cherry on top. I’m waiting for my drink and there are all these drinks being made that never got picked up in the 20 mins I was there. Maybe have one person making to go drinks and another serving the people that take the time to order at the register and wait. I’ll be definitely finding a new Starbucks. Because the last few experiences involved long wait times but this was nuts. I give this Starbucks a 1 and not because of the people working. I was impressed by the hustle, but their set up sucks. Find a better way.
I accidentally ordered my husband the wrong drink in the drive thru. I returned in store, and asked the barista if I could get the correct drink. She was super kind and wrote down the new and correct order.
I then sat and waited about 15 minutes before they started to make my drink. Inside was not too busy so they must have been working on drive-thru orders. I finally stood up to where the pick up station was, and saw a barista begin making my drink. She started the espresso shots, heated the milk, then she left. I thought maybe she was grabbing something in the back but before I knew it, she said bye to her co-workers and left the building. I guess her shift ended in the middle of the drink, lol. I then watched the other barista finish the drink she was making. My drink sat at the bar for a couple minutes before it was attended to again. Finally the other barista came, read the cup, brought it up to her nose and smelt it - (?!) - then proceeded to make the drink. Apparently there was not enough milk either, so she had to steam more milk which means I continued waiting longer. Eventually, she put the lid on and brought it over. I confirmed it was my order, it was, and then she drew a smiley face on it and handed it to me.
I don’t even know if I’m complaining because they were so kind to remake it for me, but the quality of service has really dropped here. I’ve worked at Starbucks for a few years in the past, I always moved quickly and ensured quality drinks. Just disappointing to see this when the drinks are getting more pricey every year!

I can tolerate waiting over 20 minutes for an Americano. What I can’t tolerate is watching orders for more complex drinks placed over 10 minutes after me at the register coming out well ahead multiple times. Terrible service also I have no problem tipping which I did and always will but the entitlement of expectation for service like this is disappointing. Never again at this location.

The drive thru was VERY slow. The person taking the order was so quiet I could barely hear her. No energy. At the window, the same gal was there and with traffic going by I could not hear her AT ALL. Sounded a fast person with energy running your drive-thru!

It was so busy this morning and the crew was amazing. Great communication amongst the staff but also to us as customers. They were working quickly, efficiently and clean but most importantly with kindness! Kudos to this team!

Waited 30 minutes in line for my order. Mid waiting in line, an employee came out with a sign taped to the order box that said they’re closing at 11:30 temporarily. It was 11:15. There was a huge line of cars behind me who have no idea and I’m sure won’t be happy pulling up seeing that after waiting for a long time.
This isn’t the first time this store has temporarily closed.
Quick service, friendly.
Always a fantastic place to knock out some work while waiting for an appointment. Comfy, roomy, and great coffee.

I unexpectedly had to take my dog to the vet in the morning- I had placed an online order but ended up being super late for it. I called and the gal on the phone was so kind & empathetic and they offered to remake my drink today or a diff day if I couldn’t make it in anymore. I’m so thankful for this kindness on a tough day.
