I called and the gal on the phone was so kind & empathetic and they offered to remake my drink today or a diff day if I couldn’t make it in anymore. I’m so thankful for this kindness on a tough day.

The food and drinks are great but the person working the early AM shift at the drive thru seems annoyed and bothered by you. It’s so uncomfortable that I’ll go out of my way to go to other stores. Not the way I want to start my day out. Burnsville Starbucks on Nicollett Ave has the best AM drive thru service in my opinion.

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but unfortunately, there’s one employee at the Chanhassen location who has made the experience consistently unpleasant. She’s an older woman with long brown hair who typically works the drive-thru, and every interaction I’ve had with her has come with attitude. No greeting, no friendliness, just a cold or rude tone.
Most recently, 3/28/25, I asked her to scan my Starbucks card so I could collect stars, and she told me, “you don’t get stars by scanning that card,” and proceeded to argue with me about it. How do I not get stars on my Starbucks gold card? I’ve used that same process at plenty of other locations without issue, so it was frustrating, but honestly, not surprising based on my past experiences with her.
What’s even more disappointing is that she used to work at the Chaska location years ago, and I stopped going there back then for the exact same reason. HER! When I realized she’d moved to Chanhassen, I gave it another try, but after multiple negative interactions, I’ve stopped going here too. It’s always something with her, and it’s a shame because this store could be great otherwise.
Friendly, respectful service goes a long way, and sadly, that’s been missing every time she’s at the window.

All three of us got different drinks — all three of us left feeling like we had a terrible stomach bug almost instantly.
I’m not sure what was going on this morning, but I feel we were NOT the only three who fell victim to the toilet due to their Starbucks drink.

This was an absolute travesty of a good coffee.
I basically spent $8 + tip to sit on the toilet all day — Hope the investigators get to the bottom of what happened today

The staff was very friendly. The item ordered was made to perfection. However the facility needs a thorough cleaning. The floors were disgustingly dirty along with the tables. Being the location of this Starbucks, I was surprised that it would be in this condition.

The rudest Starbucks around, I will never return to this one! The rudest employees at the drive through made a spectacle, because I handed them cash. On top of that, my drink is not even drinkable, I had to throw it out! This whole experience was horrible and a waste of time! Train your employees to be nice, It's not that hard!
The folks at the Starbucks are fantastic! They know my name and my order. They make it perfectly every time. I highly recommend this Starbucks for their efficiency, customer service, and wonderful conversation

Incredibly slow. It’s a problem when it takes 15 minutes just to be handed a muffin from behind the counter (without a line), much less coffee. Regular occurrence to wait 20+ min for coffee here
