Worst ever Taco Bell I’ve went to, took me an hour in drive thru to get my meal, food is not good and they’re not professional, don’t bother to go to this location

Showed up 15 mins before close and there was about 7 cars in line by the time I got up to the order screen I was told they were closed. I said I was here before they closed but they didn’t care.

Ordered online cravings box. Got my beefy 5 layer burrito without the sour cream and cheese sauce with extra shredded cheese(extra money). they gave me the sour cream and cheese sauce. pissed. picky eater btw. threw away meal and hard earned cash. thanks t bell. ding

I witnessed first hand how efficient and speedy the 12 drive thru customers were served from my post waiting at the front counter for ten minutes after barely being acknowledged. Had to walk out, if I had 20 minutes to wait for lunch I'd be dining at a sit down restaurant

Horrible service! I will NEVER buy anything from this store again, got my order wrong, and wouldn't answer the phone after hours of calling! Avoid this plague of a store at ALL COST. Update months later the store is still super slow and does not care about lobby orders AT ALL! Rude employees, lack of drive or give a crap about their jobs. Again avoid this location if you can go to others also employee in drive thru on 12/21/25 at 7:30 pm named Johnathan needs fired, came out yelling at door dash driver to get back and when I told him to not yell at everyone and be more respectful he proceeded to yell and demand i get out of HIS lobby while I was still waiting 20 minutes + on my 3 tacos

Food was subpar. Got home and barely any meat in the cheesy Gordita crunch and the grilled cheese burrito had little flavor. There was no sauce like there typically is. Very dry. Taco shell was stale and could barely bite into it. No receipt to leave a review.

I've never seen any restaurant, let alone a taco bell, take over an hour for take out. Completely absurd.
I love how they made chicken flatbread and the nacho fries are great this is the best taco bell in channhassen ever and it's better then Wendy's in channhassen

I tried to calling to place an order only to be screamed at by an angry man who proceeded to threaten me“I know where you live and I am going to call you you everyday” when I was trying to order my bean burrito. The night crew was absolutely horrible very rude and disgusting to me. Taco Bell if you are able to manage thousands of companies across the country you should be able to hire decent employees. Very disappointing Taco Bell get a grip!
