I tried to calling to place an order only to be screamed at by an angry man who proceeded to threaten me“I know where you live and I am going to call you you everyday” when I was trying to order my bean burrito. The night crew was absolutely horrible very rude and disgusting to me. Taco Bell if you are able to manage thousands of companies across the country you should be able to hire decent employees. Very disappointing Taco Bell get a grip!

Only use the drive thru if your going to this location, their service inside is awful whether your picking up a mobile order or ordering inside, you will be waiting 20+ minutes most of the time, and they often have forgotten about my order while its sitting there already done.

Don’t go here and listen to the other reviews that tell you to go to Shakopee. The cinnamon twists taste like burned oil and the Mexican pizza looked like someone tried eating it. Really disappointing that I spent money on something that’s not even edible.

If there’s one thing Taco Bell is good at, it’s getting rid of the all the good items on their menu. Haven’t been to Taco Bell in a while and I was shocked when I saw the menu. Truly a ghost of its former glory. Staff here was awesome. But the menu sucks now and I won’t be back. I’m not about to pay those prices for disappointment

Whole order was messed up, cold, and missing many items. Drinks were messed up aswell and got completely different things than what we ordered. If you’re gonna go to a Taco Bell go to the one in Shakopee it’s 10 times better and better quality
Our kids usually enjoy Taco Bell, but this time was very frustrating. My recent order was missing several items — not just one, but multiple. It’s really disappointing to receive delivery only to realize that a big part of the meal was missing. This isn’t the first time it has happened either.
When you’re paying for food, you expect to get everything you ordered. It feels careless and unprofessional. Please improve quality checks before handing out orders. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check everything.

Just went to This Taco Bell , they messed up my order so when i complained about it i was told to deal with it because they had a lot of orders. I said they where rude and the manager and 2 other workers came to the counter and started yelling at me trying to attack me. Cops where called and are looking into it. Night crew is horrible. Got everything recovered and calling corporate and my attorney first thing tomorrow morning.

Whenever I get my order they don't give me a refund for the thing they left out so I still get the price I payed but didn't get the items or get any thing that substitute the item cost like a frozen Baja they don't give us a normal and just subtract the amount
