Whenever I get my order they don't give me a refund for the thing they left out so I still get the price I payed but didn't get the items or get any thing that substitute the item cost like a frozen Baja they don't give us a normal and just subtract the amount

Over all, the food is like almost any other taco bell. Pretty good tasting. But when it comes to service it's not great,
I ordered a crunch wrap, with no tomatoes and sour cream along with a soft shell taco and I made sure to state that in the beginning before anything else. Then my mom asked for a couple packets of hot and mild sauce.

When we checked our order when we got home the crunch wrap had tomatoes and sour cream, and they gave us the Diablo...

The food is always great, but the hot cinnabon coffee has been sub-par recently. A person behind the counter partially fills the coffee cup, leaving me to ask for them to fill it up more. They sigh and presumably do it out of sight while the other workers laugh. I feel like my coffee is being tampered with because I asked them to do their job and fill the cup. The previous time I went, instead of getting hot coffee after asking for more, it was colder and bland.
