Ordered two kits for a Christmas gift. After asking where my order was finally shipped but only received 1 kit. After asking for a refund and three months later still waiting.
They responded that on their end it showed the refund was processed and told me to call my credit card company.
Never heard from them again

I ordered 2 items 11/24/22, I received 1 kit 12/24/22 and I’m still waiting for the 2nd kit. Which was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. I have emailed them numerous times and they answer with some excuse and say they are mailing it. The last time they responded was 01/10/23 telling me they would get it in the mail. I emailed them again 01/20/23 asking for the shipping confirmation and I still have not received the kit or a response back to my email. ORDER WITH CAUTION BECAUSE YOU MIGHT NOT GET YOUR ORDER AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!

My brother sent me these as a “yummy birthday surprise” , but unfortunately it was just a “surprise”. The cookie cups were not good. Extremely dry and crumbly and the flavors were not good. Save your money.

The cookies we ordered were dry. I ordered one of every cookie they had available at the time. Some tasted better than others, however the bar is pretty low when it comes to satisfaction if you enjoy moist and fresh cookies. The icing drop on these cookies also taste like something you buy at a target and drop on a cake for decorative purpose. No flavor and very hard.
