Ordering on the app was super easy, I utilized the curdside delivery and the second I pushed the I'm here button someone was immediately outside and super awesome and nice and I feel terrible for not thinking about giving them a big tip especially because it was super cold outside. I'm sorry!

Thankful they have opened doors for Girl Scouts to the cross country team to learn about the service industry, while getting a great profit from their night helping to bring out food! We decided to ha e ice cream and then we asked what the mini,small,medium and large looked like. So we took the medium and two free topp. He was so gentle with us. This guy's name is Michael. So Chris could you please give him a raise and a promotion. Michael is so very good with customer service as well as helping is coworkers what to do. A A A+ for everything that Michael done for us. We most certainly will stop again. And a very clean store too.

My mom and I went to order food, and we forgot to check to make sure everything was correct with it. As soon as we got home, we realized that we were missing multiple sides and an entire meal. We drove back with the receipt and the manager accused us of lying about not getting the food, in a very aggressive way. We ended up having to just rebuy an entire meal and multiple sides, which totaled up to an extra $15+. As we drove away, the manager on duty shouted a very sarcastic, exaggerated “have a wonderful day”. We would’ve understood if she had simply told us that without the order they couldn’t do anything or something like that, but instead she immediately got defensive and was outright rude. This is the nastiest costumer service I’ve ever experienced.
