We ordered the House pizza, thin crust. This is the absolute best pizza I’ve ever had! Growing up we had pizza every Saturday night and always ordered two from different pizza places. I have a lot of experience with pizza. Moving to the twin cities recently, I just tried this for the first time This pizza can’t be beat.

Third time dining in and while the food is fine, the quality doesn’t justify the cost in my opinion.
Pros are it’s a family friendly, welcoming spot with staples of pizza and pasta that please most people. Service is good, nothing notable bad or exceptional.
Cons are the food, particularly the pastas. We ordered spaghetti with meatballs and a chicken Alfredo dish. The meatballs were not good and our meatball- loving kid wouldn’t touch them! My husband’s Alfredo had what seemed like breaded chicken tenders on top. I don’t mind basic Italian food but at almost $20 a plate, we definitely felt like there are better pasta options we’d prefer!

Detello's is a nice, small, casual restaurant with good Italian dishes and tasty pizza. The pizza crust is really cracker thin. On my last visit, I had the chicken parmesan. The garlic bread with cheese is amazing. I've always had attentive and friendly servers when I've eaten there.
I will come back to eat here again. I would recommend Detello's to my family and friends.

We were in Chaska for a basketball tournament and with a large gap in our schedule the team landed on this place to try out to kill some time as it was down the road. I understand a last minute, large party may be hard to accommodate and that’s totally ok … it was the attitude in which the waitress expressed this that was rude, and unprofessional. It was a no brainer to walk out and take our money elsewhere.

I would give 5 stars because the food is really good but its just expensive for me. I would love to eat here more often but I just can't afford it. I ordered chicken Alfredo pasta with cheese bread and a soda and it was like $32! It's really good just a bit out of my price range.

Was in town and went here as was recommended. Let me tell you this place did not disappoint. Greeted and seated by friendly staff and waitress was at the table taking drink order right away. The pizza is what we had and it was spectacular and delicious. The dough is hand made small batch and the ingredients I'm sure are super fresh. Do yourself a favor and take a break from the big chain pizza places but beware as you may never order pizza from anywhere else once you try a pizza at Detellos
