One day for lunch, I decided to grab takeout from India Bar and Grill. I ordered the chana masala with veganized naan (no butter) over the phone, and the person who helped me was knowledgeable about veganism. The menu also had clearly labeled vegan options. The chana masala was incredibly flavorful—perfect for a cold day. The naan was a bit salty, but I appreciated having it as an option since naan is usually not an option as a vegan. The portions also were generous, so I was able to stretch it into two meals. A great option for the price! #Veganuary

We ordered takeout for the first time. The restaurant is beautiful, placing the order was very easy and our food was ready on time. The food was amazing! We ordered the Chicken Mushroom and Garlic Naan. Everything was truly delicious and portions very generous. We highly recommend it!! We will be coming back soon.

I had a very poor experience while I tried to make a bulk order 24 hrs in advance. The person on phone was rude and unreasonable. He mentioned that they only get supplies every Monday so they can’t take an order of 10 plates on Friday to deliver on Saturday. Highly unprofessional

I am having food from this place for several years. It was a great time to have authentic Indian food which gave me a feeling like home. The chef was so experienced as he brings the flavor of traditional Indian cuisine every time and he treats everyone as a family. I’m so sorry to say that the food lacked the developed and rich flavor of typical Indian food. We ordered the chicken tikka, vegetable madras, and biryani. The madras was bland, not spicy at all, and incredibly creamy—all characteristics that should not define a typical madras. The tikka was spicy, but lacked any other flavor, and the biryani was lackluster and bland. Unfortunately, we won’t be back. (As a side note, my in-laws are South Asian, so I do know what many of these dishes should taste like.)

I gave it one less star because the plate of food I had was advertised as a sit-in buffet. I noticed that it said no refills on the menu. There were only 5 cubes of meat in the lamb dish. It was really just a sampler, for the price of a buffet you can find elsewhere, which is rare nowadays after Covid. Atmosphere was very nice, food was good, just not enough of what I wanted to eat, which was lamb. Don't get the "buffet" sampler. Just order the dish that you want.
