I live part-time in Chaska and this is my go-to in an area with few vegan options. The place has a very classy old-school vibe, and the owner is always there working his tail off and ready to have a conversation. Vegan items are clearly identified in a sub-menu. The madras veggies are delightful, so good that I’ve never felt the need to order a different main. The garlic naan is something special & can be ordered vegan, as others have stated. I love this place so much that hubby & I have had brainstorm sessions around how to get the word out, as the place is usually empty and that makes us sad. The owner has shared that ingredient prices have risen to ridiculous levels and his profit margins are pretty low, yet the menu prices remain very reasonable especially considering the quality of the basically home-cooked food.

All I can say is: Amazing. From start to finish, my pallet was singing with pleasure. We had the rice bowl lunch special, one lamb and one chicken, and fresh baked naan with cheese. The Mango chutney was a delicious accompaniment to our dishes.

I absolutely love foods with lots of spices and flavor. First time here and we had kabobs cooked in their clay oven, lemon rice, and naan bread. It was all absolutely delicious. We even ordered naan bread to go. Try the paneer naan!!!!!

The staff is hospitable and friendly, and the establishment is extremely polished and clean. Overall a great place for casual and formal dining.
