I order nachos to pick up with the cheese sauce in the side ( I don't like them soggy ) I was told I can't have it on the side, I have requested this in person before and for the most part has been ok, but I don't understand why is this a problem? Sad, I had to cancel my order 😢 I got contacted by them and after few issues my last 2 visit I got amazing service and my order the way I like it. Thank you for caring

the food was extremely salty, so salty to the point that I could only finished a fourth of my food before it became to unbearable. not to mention, the two girls who were working at the register never greeted or responded to me when I picked up my order. waste of money

Music too loud - workers couldn’t hear what I was ordering and vice versa. It was 90 degrees outside and around 120 inside the store.
Messed up both burritos. And wrapped them so poorly that we couldn’t even eat them. This place is whack. Avoid at all costs. Go to Chipotle every time.

I love Qdoba as a chain but I had an uncomfortable experience at the Chaska location. An employee made an error in my order and became very argumentative and declined to fix it upon request. I left feeling embarrassed and dissatisfied. Perhaps including some customer service training when hiring would be beneficial at this location.
