Definitely found our new go to place. The service is excellent and the food is always a wonderful surprise. The decor is old tavern style and the food is an eclectic range of different flavors from the amazing carrot cake to the appetizer selection. I can't wait to return for another round of different dishes.

Service was a little sketchy. Our group tried to sit in the bar area, but the server moved us to the dining area. After some time our server had to transition back to the bar area, so she made us close out our tabs before we were ready. The new server never showed up, so I got up to order from the bar. The old server apologized and got the new server to stop by our table. She re-carded everyone. Both were reluctant to clear the empty glasses and used dishes from the table until we started handing them to the new server. They really need to do better.

This place was amazing. I parked my bus and went for lunch on Saturday (12/20/25) to be honest I went in to Willy McCoys to see if any Hatfields hang in there. My waitress Nikki assured me none of that fueding went inside 😀. Really tho went to try their burgers and Nikki who was my waitress did recommend a good burger, but I went with the Willy Burger, which where 2 thin patties just like Nikki said. It was a great great burger. Really now 2 thin patties that were juicy and good. WHAT???? Yes it was an amazing good burger. Also Nikki was great. She kept up with refill water and soda, which to me is a big deal. She mentioned how good the burgers where their and no disappointment here they were good and the service was great. I plan on going back when I'm in town again. Definitely marking this on my maps.

Willy's reminds me of an old friend, you know the kind. The kind that is easy to talk to even when there has been a gap in time for any number of reasons. Willy's, (at least the one in Chaska) is overall very consistent with a clean restaurant/bathrooms, a friendly well trained staff, a reasonable if not economical value for the money, and the food has been consistently good and fresh on my dozens of visits over the last several years. I think they have a strong resume for a well established restaurant that continues to perform. It seems like when most restaurants/local chains to slide into complacency and maintain the standards that got them to that point in the first place.
