I ordered the same breakfast I usually do. This time the coffee was dark and delicious. Most McDonald’s serve light brown water. One cream wipes out the coffee. Part of my burrito fell apart on the floor. She replaced both. Don’t know who manages here, but so far you have one happy customer. Edit : The post under this one says the condiments were warm … Not sure about that. You’re eating hot fries. Cold, packaged condiments will cool your fries pretty quick. Maybe you’re like me. I don’t like cold anything if it’s supposed to be hot or at least warm. (Unless they are opened, they should be ok. The boxes are date stamped. They go through so many condiments they never hit the expiration date.

I really didn’t want to be one of those people, but I’m pregnant and over it. The last three times we’ve ordered from here, something has been wrong or forgotten. This last one, I ordered a Quarter Pounder only ketchup; got it with everything on it. I used to work at McDonalds, so I know mistakes happen. But 3/3 times? Hire better people, or at least people who can read the requests.

Maroon shirt manager at 12:35 pm on 10/28/25 was being a douche bro😭, i walked through the drive through to get to the other side and made a silly face at the window, i thought to myself i should apologize, i went and asked to apologize to the drive through person but maroon dude came in thinking he was the knight in shining armor but casted out a toney whiney bitchy teenage attitude when all i said was i wanted to apologize for being silly 😭

Drive thru #1 meal and Oreo McFlurry. Waited an extra minute because they cooked my meal fresh. I will always wait a bit for that. Staff was efficient and professional. This was quite a pleasant experience. Good job 👍🏻

This is the second time now I ordered a hot fudge sundae and the lid wasn’t on the first time. I was lucky enough to catch it and only got on my pants. The second time it went all of my center council so now I have to go and get my car detailed matter fact that’s 200+ dollars because of this ice cream sticking his hot fudge everywhere this is ridiculous. I hate writing bad reviews, but you kinda have to when it happens two times in a row how hard is it to put the lid on come on? Is there any compensation or anything come on? This is ridiculous. I will never be going here again if something doesn’t change.

I eat at this McDonald's an embarrassing amount of times per week that most of the workers know me on a first name basis. It's convenient because I work within walking distance, and because I'm obsessed with their chicken nuggets (which for a 10 piece is literally $2 when using the McDonald's app), and I have never once had a poor experience. My food is always fresh, I'm always met with positive energy and a smile, and the coworkers genuinely seem like they enjoy each other's company which makes for a positive atmosphere for customers. There have been a couple times where I blankly ordered the incorrect item, and they were even kind enough to remake the item the way I meant to order it at no extra charge and without treating me as an inconvenience.
Reading some of these negative reviews, I can only imagine the ones about the employees being rude were first treated rudely by an angry customer and matched their energy and attitude. Service workers rank pretty high in the abuse they have to endure from the public. They are human beings who have limits, and sometimes they break just like everyone else. Show them some grace. If they screw something up, don't go right to angry. Take a moment to remember they are human just like you, and just like you and I, they make mistakes. They are not intentional. Be kind and give them the opportunity to fix their mistake.
Anyway, great location and even greater service. Management is on their game.
