4:30 pm on a Saturday, not busy. Every single table was dirty. The Chicken stips were the worst I have ever had. Reheated in a deep fryer from the lunch rush, greasy and rock hard. Fries and shake were fine but the chicken, just nasty. Felt like I was in Brooklyn Park, not Chisago City.

Solid food when you need that McDonald’s fix, but today I was most impressed by the pleasant and accommodating staff. My son likes collecting toys that come with the Happy Meals. He was a little disappointed to get a repeat toy from the current featured line of toys. We explained the matter to staff, maybe a shift manager. He encouraged us to keep the repeat toy as they cannot redistribute them to future patrons, but he did present two additional toys that were both different to my son, free of charge. Above and beyond! Thanks, McDonald’s of Chisago City!

What good is quick service with poor quality? The bottom bun of my big mac was hard, and then there was more tartar sauce in/on the box than on the filet-o-fish itself. The fries were good and fresh but then the syrup in the coke machine must be out, poor taste. Very disappointing.

I don’t know how things could get any worse, it really goes to show nowadays the type of people that work at an establishment like McDonald’s, add cheese you get Big Mac sauce, get a hot chocolate and they try and scam you with a cup of Swiss miss cause the machine is down😂 Chisago has got terrible fast food locations you’re better off going to forest lake or anywhere surrounding at least they know wtf add cheese means. This goes for chisago lakes DQ as well, ice cream melts instantly they got a cheap man machine
