“Food was excellent. Got the drunken noodles. My partner gotPad Thai. He is a true Minnesotan of Norwegian heritage and ordered his food with spice level 2. Consequently I had left over pad Thai for lunch the next day because it was too spicy for him. Worked out great for me. Service was quick, we ordered take out and went next door to pick up some other groceries. Food was ready when we returned. Will be making more visits in the future.”
“Hadn't been there since the kids were little but they're close and not a chain so we gave them another try. We were very pleasantly surprised, it's still a small town cafe but they have definitely upped their game. I had a half order of spaghetti which was a full meal and it was delicious, the wife had the hot beef and it was so much she couldn't finish it. And while they were both basic foods they didn't ruin them by trying to create something else. They were tasty and full of flavor, and the kicker, we both ate for under 30$. Try that at a fast food no taste place. we'll definitely be going back soon.”
“So I am not one to like takeout, it just never tastes the same vs being sitting in a restaurant… Lemme tell you! This was fantastic!! It was warm, cooked just right, and tasted excellent. You could definitely save some $ and split a burger with someone, they’re huge!! I had never been here before, I’m glad I stopped by.”
“I really enjoyed their wings and the server was friendly and on top of it our first visit, second visit sat at bat and was busier, bartender told us she was “out of it”. Not a big fan of the business as it usually is but the food is great.”
“Stopped in on a busy Friday night. We were seated in the bar area and one of the bartenders was our server - he was great! My New York Sour was excellent and the breasted chicken was delicious.”
“Don Julio is exceptional!!! ???️. This is the fourth location that I visited and on every location has been a wonderful experience. (You can see it from my past reviews). From the service as you walk in, the great menu selection, the delicious taste of the food to the prices. A great place to go with a date, with the family or just with friends to enjoy some great margaritas ? If you are looking for a great Mexican food experience, just look for your nearest Don Julio restaurant, you will thank me for the advice.”
“Small town bar with pop into when we're up in the neighborhood. The wings were good and they have seasoned pretzels you can get to munch on while you have a few. They have a stage and touch tunes so you can play what you want while you hang out for the night.”
“China Pinda is great, little place for East Asian dishes. The menu is extensive with notable specials and specialties. The sesame chicken, moo goo gai pan, fried rice, and ego rolls were hot, fresh, and delicious. I was impressed with the quality of chicken they used too. Also, they have a nice little kids menu. Particularly helpful for those parents who's kids are interested in the East Asian cuisine yet.Enjoy! Great to eat in or take out. It's a welcomee addition to the Hwy 8 corridor! The staff is super down to earth too!Vegetarian options: Many meatless or meat alternative eoshesParking: Standard parking lotKid-friendliness: Small kids menuWheelchair accessibility: ADA standards”
“I travel for a living, and this is by far the best subway have ever been in. The two ladies working around the entire store, such speed and efficiency, I was blown away. It was extremely busy dressing, the sandwiches and running the till super friendly, calling people, dear, treating them with amazing courtesy excellent job by this restaurant.”
“Place is always spic & span clean. Restrooms are always clean. Love small town fast food, they always get the order correct & include napkins. Mgr took order thanked us for doing a receipt survey from last week’s breakfast.Parking: Lots of parking in front and by the side.Kid-friendliness: Bright friendly, cleanWheelchair accessibility: Big automatic doors for wheelchairs”
“Food is yummy. Good portion size. Staff is cheery and helpful. Prices are great. Relaxed atmosphere.Dietary restrictions: They are happy to modify your orders to suit your needs.Kid-friendliness: The waitress was phenomenal. So kind and helpful to my grandaughter.”
“You can tell there is a lot of history within the walls of this restaurant and it was packed with locals so that's always a good sign to me. Our waitress was prompt with taking our order, and following up with us later for refills, etc. My husband went with the chicken taco salad and I had the log jammer plate. The shell on the taco salad was nice and crisp and the meat had great seasoning and was moist. My log jammer sandwich was the best prime rib sandwich I had in quite some time, both in the meat being tender & flavorful, as well as the fact that they weren't stingy with the prime rib. The french fries on the side were crisped to perfection.”
“I would travel to get their pizza and wings. Luckily, I live close by. Anyone who is close by and gets dominoes and pizza hut should be ashamed... Papa Murphy's... Shame... ”
“The Coffeesmith was the perfect local, fresh coffee experience. The classic barista special coffee flight was amazing. The bourbon & almond added to the coffees were something new that we both loved. The renovated house is beautiful & aesthetically appealing. The bathroom is a vibe. We will definitely go back & enjoy the Coffeesmith.”
“Great place with great food!!! The owner is very friendly and engaging.Kid-friendliness: We have brought our grandchildren here to eat many times. Very kid friendly.”
“We love this place! It's a perfect hybrid of casual or classy dining, and everything that we've tried on the menu has always been delicious. Comfy seating, fast service, and healthy + delicious food make this an easy choice for regular visits. MUST-TRY FAVORITES: grilled brussels and bacon, ahi tuna, smoke stack burger, fish tacos, pan-fried walleye, and sweet potato fries. I regularly get the brussels as an appetizer and the ahi tuna [appetizer] as my meal.MENU UPDATE: They recently added birria tacos, which have roasted shredded beef and light-spicy, au jus-like sauce for dipping. (As of Feb 24, 2024, the website menu hasn't been updated yet.)The parking lot is very large. If parking spots only remain on the far left (west) edge row, don't worry, that means there's still a few tables open in main dining and lots open in the overflow space. If the left edge row is full, then the inside is pretty busy. Management does a fabulous job with balancing staffing because even if it's very busy, we've always been promptly seated and served. Accessibility is friendly for disabled or injured folks with flat surfaces all on the main level. If you come on a Friday or Saturday, I recommend a reservation, but it's not required. There are technically 4 seating areas -- bar (with TVs), main dining (fireplace and golf course views), overflow dining (cooler temps), and the seasonal outdoor patio. The bar and main dining area both have booths and tables with cushioned chairs. (The "cushioned" chair aspect is important for me since I have back issues.) The bar atmosphere is open and naturally louder. You can request a *tall* booth in the main dining area if you want more privacy.Service has always been very friendly and prompt. (Special shout out to the server Talon, who just last night ran my forgotten purse all the way out to me in the parking lot. Thank you!)The menu has diverse options from dry-rub chicken wings and burgers to pastas and chicken/steak/fish entrees. There are multiple options for gluten-free, keto, or vegetarian diners. They also have a wide selection of wine and drinks. There is a kids menu, but I don't think of this as a typical place to bring young kids. If your kids are hard to wrangle or like moving around while dining out, a table in the overflow dining space could work out.If you're unsure about Stella's, just go! You won't be disappointed.”
“Wonderful experience, Lutefisk was perfectly prepared. Restaurant was clean service excellent and the room was well lit. Broad menu available, can get breakfast anytime. Omelets are fantastic! Clean restrooms, a must stop by if walking Lindstom streets for a visit.Parking: Wide Lindstom streets provide ample parking opportunities.Kid-friendliness: Good kid’s menu. If they are too young for lutefisk, pickled herring is also available.”
“I was here for lunch. They offered ready to eat food, for those in a rush, and off the menu items. Everything was made quick. Served out of Styrofoam containers with plastic silverware.”
“Kayla was absolutely amazing!! I’d come back just for the service she gave. Wonderful spirits and attitudes like her are rare these days. The food and the coffee was amazing as well!! Can’t wait to come back!”
“Breakfast was hot and correct as always. The service is great and very fast. He checks back often to see how everything is going. Would definitely be going again.”
“Pizza is delicious, spaghetti too. Antipasta salad is a nice addition to your order. Cheesey bread needs to be consumned as well. Atmosphere takes me back to the early 90's. Not many spots to dine inside, so order out or get there early.Parking: Nestled between the bank and liquor store. Plenty of parking. Look for the Dala Horse in the corner of the lot- you've found the right place.”
“Everything we tried was delicious. I guess I don't know the exact nutrition info. But it was fantastic. And trying to hit my protein numbers every day this is probably going to become a go to for me. My wife and I each tried a shake. They were super tasty and packed with good stuff.”
“We ate here yesterday for the first time. What a wonderful revamp of the interior! Delicious food and very reasonable. Great service. We will be back!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for my hubby who is in a wheelchair.”
“I've been to the Grillium now a few times since my last review and each time the food was consistently good, hot, and flavorful. My favorites was the beef gyro. It's something I can't make at home, so it was a real treat. The BLAT - with the addition of an avocado - was amazing! The sandwich was a generous portion - enough for dinner and lunch the next day.”
“Welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff and owner. Breakfast was hot, fast, and delicious. Can’t wait to come back to try the lunch menu and a take & bake pot pie.”
“Lunch for 3 and 2nd visit at this location! Our server was fantastic (we had a couple requests to our menu choices) and she was very accommodating! The Walleye Tacos were great with extra Pico and Cilantro. Other menu items ordered were a Burger (add bacon) and the Taco Salad (huge!) Food temps were all good and service was quicker than expected even at prime lunch time and restaurant was at least 1/2 full. Very clean restrooms and open but comfortable atmosphere. Would recommend this location.”
“I had a morning appointment that required me to be a little late for work the other day. Of course I had to bring donuts to atone for my tardiness. After my appointment I called Lindstrom Bakery to see if they could put together an assortment of a dozen donuts on short notice. The new owner answered the phone and was extremely friendly and accommodating. Five minutes after we hung up the phone I showed up and my donuts were ready. I love to support my local businesses that have great customer service. The donuts were a big hit at work by the way!”
“Stopped in a couple times on our travels. We've tried the Classic chicken sandwiches (with lettuce, tomatoes, and onion), classic roast beef, beef n cheddar, and Java shakes which is my fave shake anywhere. All have been really good. Great deal when you get the daily or weekly deals for 2/$7. ?”
“Really good food, instead of plates they used take-out boxes. Good menu, good quality and good food. The carrot slices were heavily overcooked, but everyone else was really good.”
“We went for the 5th anniversary celebration. It was fantastic. Lots of people, good cold beer, plenty of seating indoors, and a fire outside. It's always been a great destination. It's worth visiting if you haven't already. Staff is friendly and it's pet friendly too. A perfect getaway.”
