“Cajun Penne Pasta... great texture! The fact that this dish is creamy, not oily or watery, is the STAPLE! If you don't handle heat well...shy away from it being your main dish... just taste it! It is FLAVOR overload! I enjoy spice, it's a 3 of 10 for me....it can be in the 6-7 (no pun intended) if spice isn't your thing! Blackened chicken sandwich is my go to at Stellas, but this was A+ for going out of my norm!!!! GET YA SOME!”

“Amazing restaurant and atmosphere! First day of spring was over 70°. Zoukmaya was open and I decided to stop in! There’s an amazing staff of women who greet you. Beautiful people inside and out, very accommodating and helpful. Briana, I believe was the server who assisted me. She got me pointed in the right direction with the Birra tacos 🌮 As someone who grew up on Hispanic food, their food gives grandma’s food some serious competition! Briana was and the staff still were the best part of my visit. Definitely gave me spring break vibes but like I was out of state 🍹 And don’t get me started on the drinks! 🍍🔥🔥”

“Applebee’s in Forest Lake is a standout location, beginning with its convenient placement right off the main road and excellent handicap parking that makes access simple for everyone. Getting in and out is effortless, which sets the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable visit.

Inside, the atmosphere is immediately inviting. The combination of a well‑designed layout, the comforting aroma of good cooking, and the gentle hum of customer conversation creates a space that feels warm, lively, and ready to serve. The servers were very polite, neatly dressed, and genuinely eager to help. Their attentiveness added to the overall positive experience.

A special highlight was the manager. She stopped by our table to check in, asking if everything was alright and whether we needed anything. Her approach felt heartfelt and sincere—an authentic gesture that made us feel valued and welcomed.

The menu was well organized by food category, complete with appealing photos that made choosing a meal easy and enjoyable. And the food itself was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and a pleasure to eat from start to finish.

I highly recommend the Forest Lake Applebee’s as a go‑to restaurant. From accessibility to atmosphere to exceptional service, this location delivers a consistently excellent dining experience.”

“We have only been there 2 times but thebfost b time I got the Mike's hot Italian.... to die for for real!!! I was like ohh I will only get the regular. Well I went back a week later after the wife and I have declared it to be our new date spot. We'll needless to say we each bought the large sandwich of 2 kinds each !! Yes folks 4 whole sandwiches i kid you not when I say I sat there and ate a whole sub !!! Now mind you I am not a heavy eater. This round i got another Mike's hot Italian and the one with all the meats its a cold one I forgot the name but they could of called it what ever they want as good as that sub was I would not have cared !!!”

“Shout out to my new favorite spot! This is the only bar in the North Branch area that will play a Packers Game for locals and not just the Vikings games. They are extremely friendly. The owner is amazing and accommodating unlike, sadly, some of the other local owners who won't even make eye contact with patrons. Their food is amazing! The bartender and waitress are hard workers especially given the short staffed situation of all places as of late. We go out alot and this place is the place we will frequent even though it's farther away than others! Love it here. Thanks Friar's!”

“I went through Drive-thru. They lady was kind, helpful and no irritation in her voice. Greeted us warmly & inviting. She got the order correct. We didn't have to wait long for her to come to the window, get the payment & hand us our order. She was well groomed. She smiled @ us & thank us for ordering. I'm definitely a Starbucks Fan. I was leary before but, this new Starbucks in North Branch, MN I'd recommend it.”

“After a long day of medical appointments with my mom, just wanted a quick dinner and relax. Went through Arby's drive through, ordered dinner for 3, got food and drove to Mom's. Sorting food, when we got there, realized we only had part of our order. Drove back to Arby's, went inside with food and receipt in hand and told the Manager what had happened. He apologized, remade all the food and gave us 2 complimentary meals. That is customer service! one of the sandwiches was the new beer cheese and beef. It was sooo good. Thank you Arby's for great food and spectacular customer service!”

“I’ve been to Culver’s a few times recently. The food is good overall, but the staff can be a little hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone who is really great and friendly, and other times it feels like the employee just doesn’t want to be there.
They are usually pretty good about remaking items if something is incorrect, which I appreciate. You can typically expect to wait in line to order since the ordering process can take a bit. Once ordered, the food usually comes out within about 10 minutes, sometimes longer if it’s really busy.
The price for what you get is a little high, but the food is still enjoyable. You can usually find tables unless it’s during a really busy time. Overall, it’s a decent place to stop for a meal, especially if you’re craving burgers or frozen custard.”

“Great menu w lots of options! Fois was quite good; likewise the service. Pool’s tables and shuffleboard, plenty of TVs for sports viewing. Outside patio for sunny days. Great location! Give it a try.”
