“I don't care for the location of the grab and go orders being behind the counter. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead if I need to wait for someone to be free to hand me the food. They need someone to be available and ready to hand it off or move it somewhere more accessible like other companies do“

“Clean atmosphere, lots of seating around, good sandwiches, and generous portions, but the staff isnt friendly/happy. They dont say hello when you walk in and I don’t think I ever saw any of them smile once but hey, I guess that what to expect when you work at a sandwich shop. They need some music in there to cheer those kids up.“

“10/24/2020 6:03pm So happy to have Jersey mikes in town! This is my 3rd time at this current location, first time going into the shop rather then just ordering online! But tonight was by far the most bizarre experience. To start, the young lady at the register was using the plexiglass as a Mirror to re-braid her hair! Legit took the ponytail/binder out of her hair pulled the hair off the ponytail/binder, set it on the counter rang a costumer up and then re-braided her hair!!! (I’m a former employee of a subway, I was shocked!) We had a large order, it’s a new place in town, chaotic. I then got some tomatoes that shoulda been disregarded, never served. I still tipped 10% because I appreciate them being busy and new but tonight was by far mind blowing!“

“Definitely depends on the worker. One calls people “honey” all the time and spends more time talking about her personal life than making sandwiches. A few others are just slow and don’t know the difference between mayonnaise and pickles. Some of them are fast and super helpful. Definitely better off going for lunch during the week. Wouldn’t go at night on weekends.“

“Stopped in right before close Saturday night and asked the guy if it was a jerk move if I got a few sandwiches. He said it was perfectly fine and to come on in. It was all my niece wanted to eat on her birthday and I really appreciate that guy.“

“One Thing I do like About Subway, vegetables as you want. I do favors some other sub places but they don't have all the vegetables as a option.Service is always very quick, and it's always fast and convenient. Also like all the bread options. And they have salad options.............“
