“We have only been there 2 times but thebfost b time I got the Mike's hot Italian.... to die for for real!!! I was like ohh I will only get the regular. Well I went back a week later after the wife and I have declared it to be our new date spot. We'll needless to say we each bought the large sandwich of 2 kinds each !! Yes folks 4 whole sandwiches i kid you not when I say I sat there and ate a whole sub !!! Now mind you I am not a heavy eater. This round i got another Mike's hot Italian and the one with all the meats its a cold one I forgot the name but they could of called it what ever they want as good as that sub was I would not have cared !!!“

“Shout out to Joey and his crew! We were in town and never get jimmy johns, tried ordering online couldn’t get it to work, we pulled up at literally 9:59 and he still took our order. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A ROUND OF APPLAUSE. Thank you, y’all made my night“

“I stopped by the Forest Lake Subway by the Aldi store earlier today. I was helped by Alexa. Alexa had excellent customer service skills. She was fast, yet did a perfect job making my foot-long sub so perfect. She did exactly what I asked her to do. She was nice and courteous. The ingredients were all fresh and tasty. the restaurant was clean. I had a 100% positive experience.. and I will be back again. Thank you and keep up the good work!“

“Really like this subway! Went there tonight the girl working there is always amazing! But she was all alone and felt like there should have been one extra person there to have help her out! She was amazing and a trooper. Will go back to this location again.“

“Aside from the high prices that all places are doing now days the staff was nice. The place was empty because I was there a few minutes before close. I was still treated with respect and they made my order was out any attitude or evil looks like some people might give if you walked in right before close.“

“10/24/2020 6:03pm So happy to have Jersey mikes in town! This is my 3rd time at this current location, first time going into the shop rather then just ordering online! But tonight was by far the most bizarre experience. To start, the young lady at the register was using the plexiglass as a Mirror to re-braid her hair! Legit took the ponytail/binder out of her hair pulled the hair off the ponytail/binder, set it on the counter rang a costumer up and then re-braided her hair!!! (I’m a former employee of a subway, I was shocked!) We had a large order, it’s a new place in town, chaotic. I then got some tomatoes that shoulda been disregarded, never served. I still tipped 10% because I appreciate them being busy and new but tonight was by far mind blowing!“

“Went on a Sunday afternoon and Laura was there working all by herself. She handled a difficult customer well, and had a lot of people to serve after him. She did well for being there by herself. I hope this subway will add more employees to make everyone a little more happy! Thank you again, Laura for your hard work.“

“I just want to express how wonderful the staff is at this location. I bring my adult client (and sometimes one of his friends) both with autism. When we go, we usually have a younger guy who is always very patient and polite when my client orders (he doesn't really have the best manner) and there is also another young lady who is just as great and patient and they actually make your sandwiches with care. Sounds weird to say but they have never been annoyed when asked for extra ingredients or if they express they want just a little bit of something. The staff is always keeping eye contact with you. I live in forest lake and I wish there subway staff had half the respect when making your sandwiches as this subway in Stacy. KUDOS you guys and keep up the wonderful attitude!“
