The place was overall a great area, small and the food was okay however I had the worst time with the people there, a girl with the name tag “Lucy” had a crazy mouth on her, once I got my food and say I overheard her saying crazy things about the people there and then a door dasher came in and i was about halfway done with my sandwich she left “Lucy” was talking about how she wanted to kill that door dasher. Not enough staff, staff that was working was rude and snippy. No ice. Charged extra for something I've never been charged extra for and hadn't changed. If you like standing in line for 25 to 30 minutes waiting for one person to make your sandwich who also has a bad attitude, this place is for you!
I stopped by the Forest Lake Subway by the Aldi store earlier today. I was helped by Alexa. Alexa had excellent customer service skills. She was fast, yet did a perfect job making my foot-long sub so perfect. She did exactly what I asked her to do. She was nice and courteous. The ingredients were all fresh and tasty. the restaurant was clean. I had a 100% positive experience.. and I will be back again. Thank you and keep up the good work!
