We have lunch every Friday at Norman Quacks. We have never had a bad meal yet. The staff is always great at making our time there so enjoyable.
I visited today and ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich. Unfortunately, the quality was very disappointing. The sandwich had been left in the fryer far too long, causing the cheese to melt out completely and the bread to become overly crisp—so much so that it was difficult to eat.

Never had an issue with this place over the years but today was disappointing.
Server had 1 other table (6 ppl) besides us (2 ppl). We were ready to walk out when he finally came over and asked our drink order, about 10 mins. By this time, we were ready to order. Place order with soup as our starter. Nothing, nothing, nothing and then our meal came from a different server. We mentioned our missing soup. Champions Sports Bar & Grill, also known as Quacks, is run by the new owners Randy and Sarah, who are fantastic people. The food is great and awesome. The chicken tenders are huge, fried perfectly and juicy. The cheese curds have a unique but delicious batter, same with the onion rings, and the flavor of the burger is super yummy. The Monty Quackster is a favorite, and the Monte Quackster is a true deep fried delicious Monte Cristo sandwich. The BLT's spicy mayo and chopped steak dinner are also recommended. The atmosphere is fun and friendly, and the staff is super polite. Service is fast and friendly. The waitress Jennifer is incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating, turning a reservation mix-up into a 10 out of 10 experience. However, one diner was disappointed when a salad for a prime rib dinner never came. Overall, highly recommended.
