“I went through Drive-thru. They lady was kind, helpful and no irritation in her voice. Greeted us warmly & inviting. She got the order correct. We didn't have to wait long for her to come to the window, get the payment & hand us our order. She was well groomed. She smiled @ us & thank us for ordering. I'm definitely a Starbucks Fan. I was leary before but, this new Starbucks in North Branch, MN I'd recommend it.“

“The drinks we got from here were very good! We did an online order and when we got there after 10 minutes, they were all done. The drinks were all amazing and very high-quality. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. The bathrooms are clean! This is definitely one of the better Starbucks locations and we had an overall positive experience!“

“I just had one of the best customer service experiences in recent months. I was having a hard time getting my caribou card to allow me to pay for my order in the app. The gal at the register was super helpful, reminded me of a buy one get one half off deal and was working hard to get orders out. I over heard her supporting her team and keeping them positive. I didn't catch her name but she had long blond braids in and I think her name started with an A. She left me a free drink ticket in my order because I was having a hard time with the app. It was super refreshing to see such great customer service and a hard working young gal at her job! Would definitely return!“

If I was a minute.late,they could have said sorry we're closed.7 :02 pm. I know they can see car on camera, or am I wrong? Other then that always good“

“Almost, forever I’ve hated drive-thru. Totally impersonal & if you don’t get what you ordered, you have to go back through to complain. That being said it took me awhile before I started going to this one in Columbus/Forest Lake. Service was great, friendly & quick, but I still don’t care for the drive-thru.“

“Had a great experience at the drive-through! Questions about off menu items were answered happily, and we were warned to be careful with our hot fries given we have small children. Left the drive thru having the feeling that my faith in humanity is restored!“

And that new hot honey butter biscuit always hits the spot in the morning. (Anybody who doesn't like spicy I don't really think it's spicy at all but it has great flavor I'm really amazing on the biscuit).
I love to pair that with my classic iced caramel coffee which I customize by adding one shot of espresso and an additional shot of the syrup and caramel drizzle... Literally what dreams are made of and they get it right every time!
